This mask was formed from polymer clay and covered with miniature glass ball beads. The yellow plume feathers were added and then accented with iridescent yellow sequins just across the front.

Her stunning cape has been hand stitched from crushed yellow velveteen and lined with a yellow satin crepe. I then hand beaded a diamond pattern overlay with the same glass seed beads as her gown. Although not pictured here, there is a hand-made manequin style dress form, that I fashioned from different colours of polymer clay, which you can drape her cape over in order to show the entire cape AND both back and front of her gown at the same time.
