Naruto, Itachi

And here is the best Itachi there, and no, the red eyes are not from my camera. ^_~ Not only was the costume well done, but it also wasn't just Itachi's outfit. She did things like used extra nice material for the red parts and such to spice it up a bit, if that makes sense. ^_^;; I'm not sure how else to describe it except really cool looking, lol.
