HAHAHAHA!!! Oh my gosh. I shouldn't have laughed. It wasn't a funny part. I mean, Kouichi died, and I was laughing! But seriously, if you had seen the way Disney edited it, you would be laughing too! Ok, maybe not, but just to see, I put up screenshots from the Jap and then I did my own editing (I can't make screenshots from my TV, don't know how and I don't think I have the right equipment) so that the pics look pretty close to how the American people "fixed" it. Hehehe... I had fun messing with the pics. ^_^;; But anyway, I guess I can see why they wanted to edit it, but they didn't even show anything! Anyway, here is the first set of screencaps taken from ep 48 ("The Brothers Yin and Yang" in English):

Look at that. Just look at that! He has no legs! He's a floating torso (and up ^_^)!! What is up with that?? It's especially bad because they showed about 2 or 3 other shots of him at a distance WITH legs. I laughed. Hard. Well, as hard as I dared (it's on at 7:30 AM here and everyone was still asleep...). Also, you could so tell that they had edited out his legs. My sis could even tell and thought it looked bad and she hasn't even seen the Jap version. And then came this wonderful edit:

...are you laughing yet? You should be! And no joke, these edited pics were made by me, but they look rather close. This one was a little cleaner, though, I'll give them that. It just looks so funny. "Poor Kouichi! No! Don't die! Don't... don't... heh... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!" That was me. ^_^;; The next few pics they cut out of the evo senquence of Takuya and Kouji to Susanoomon (right?):

I guess I can see why, but think about this. Why didn't they edit Takuya and Kouji's evo sequences to Ardamon (spelling...) and Beowulfmon, then? I just don't get it. Not only that, but, well, ALL of their evos should have been edited then! I mean, come on! Their clothes tear off of them in those! And you see them stand there "naked"! What is so different? Why edit it? Why not leave the scene alone? I wanted to see that evo sequence too... And not because they are "naked", but because it had some cool looking floating Takuya and Kouji pics that look messed up on the one I have one my comp. >_< Oh well. The best part is yet to come... Or, at least, I think it is. I laughed very hard at this since I taped it and watched it when I was allowed to be loud. This is a shot from ep 49 ("Lucemon on the Loose" in English):

Hehehehe... Why in the world is the Dark Area swirly background covering over them when they are in front of it?? Why??? I only did Kouji, but Takuya had the same treatment. His was actually funnier, now that I think about it... His torso/butt area was covered, but his hands were still in front of it... I don't get it. I don't think I ever will. I will just sit back and laugh. Then I'll go and watch my Jap version and pretend I know what they are saying. ^_^ I'm really nervous about tomorrow's ep, though. I won't say why, but we'll see what they do with those scenes. I have a prediction! I don't want to spoil anything, but I don't think anyone who hasn't seen the Jap version will know what I'm talking about anyway. ^_^;; My prediction is that they'll take out the d~~ thingys near the end! They will show RIGHT before their usage, but then they'll skip straight to the shot after. If you understand that, wow...

And the last thing I want to bring up is about what Kouji said when the 5 of them were going after Lucemon Satan Mode (unnamed so far in the dub, the big dragon thing carrying the ball). Is it just me, or did he want to give the flowers to his stepmom, not his real mom? I mean, the way they said it made it sound like he wanted to give them to his real mom instead, which is so wrong! He already told Kouichi that he had a mom, but he wanted to meet his birth mom. He wants to see her, sure, but he also wants to make up with his stepmom. That made mad. Stupid dubbers.

Ok, there's my thoughts. I'll probably add my thoughts on the last ep after I watch it tomorrow morning. I'll just tack it onto the end of this if I do. Ooh!! And then I'll be able to take off the spoilr warning on my one pic! Yeah! lol Ok, I'm done. Bye!

Wow! I must say, for the most part I'm impressed. I thought for sure they would edit episode 50 a LOT! But they didn't! When the 5 Digidestined where "naked" holding hands in a circle, I thought they may end up as floating heads or something. But they didn't edit it at all! Not only that, but my prediction was indeed wrong. They DID show the doctors using the d~~ thingys on Kouichi (ya know, "CLEAR!! *boom!*"! I didn't think they would. I thought for sure that they would think little kids would find it too scary. But they left it in. They can't bring Kouichi to SAY that he thinks he's dead in the real world, but yet they can have him laying down, eyes glazed over, d~~ thingys being used on him and the doctors saying that nothing's working. I dunno. It just seems kinda weird to me. Oh well. I don't really care, I'm just glad nothing's cut.

Although I have the same complaint as last time. I think they botched what Kouji and Kouichi said at the end. Oh well. I really don't know for SURE so I guess I really shouldn't say anything. I guess that's just not what I had always been expecting. I dunno. I dunno much, apparently. ^_^;; Oh well, I'm done now! I'm just so sad I will never have another episode to look forward to... ;_; *sniff* It's just... so... sad... *cries* I'll be okay... ^_^;;
