Anime/Manga: Fullmetal Alchemist

Hehe, I think this is a new record. When I drew this, I had only seen 2 episodes and read about 4 chapters of the manga. I fell in love with this anime after the first episode. A few reasons for that. The first one being this guy right here, Edward Elric. ^_^ His character is so great! The next one being the scene about 3 minutes into the episode when they are out in the desert, hehe... The third thing being this guy's voice actor, or should I say actress. Paku Romi does an awesome job!! Not that I didn't expect her to, since every other character she's done has been great (Heimdall from Loki and Ken from Digimon for starters). I told my sis that a girl did his voice, and she could see it, but she was in awe of how well she could pull off a man. Anyway, as far as how this pic came about, well, you can thank insomnia. I just could not sleep, and this idea would not leave me alone. So I got out of bed at about 2:30 AM and got to work. By 5:30 AM I was still not tired, but I decided to go to bed anyway since the bg was done (I did the bg BEFORE the lineart even!?!?! O_O) and I was ready to start my lineart (yes, it took me 3 hours to do the bg and map out where the lineart would go). I ended up skipping (sleeping through...) my first class, but oh well. I eventually finished this, though, and almost had a cow because our internet was spazzing and I thought I lost it. But all is well and right with the world, and this new oekaki as born. ^_^ Oh, and I actaully like this one, lol.
