As the others seek the flamingoes, Luc separates from the group. He has ideas of his own.
Luc: I want to try it my way!
Rei: Ok, we'll see you there!
Luc summons wind to glide him across the sky, scaling the fortress sides. As he looked on, he sees different monsters being summoned by the Lead Summoners of Ferciol.. Then, one of the summoners summoned 4 Dragons!!
Luc realized that he is in trouble!!
As they reach the other side of the lake, they see pink flamingoes grazing in the water. They are huge!!! with wings spreading 40 feet and have enormous beaks! The rest with Alvania move carefully to the flamingos and they ride them. The flamingos are restless and it took some time before the GSG's could calm them.
The flamingos turn out to be very strong flyers carrying the GSG's on their backs.
Alvania: Lets go! Be careful, remember there are booby traps!
Houjun: Lets fly north, there's the first tower, I see it!
The GSG's near the fortress.
Rei: Its too quiet! I dont know......watch out guys! Ferciol could be up with his own tricks again!
Futch,Kibagami, Machi and Pesmerga follow them.
They reach over the wall and land at the tower's steps.
Futch: That was easy!
Houjun: Hmmmmm, not with Ferciol.....there's something....
Alvania: We have to find my Mother....lets go everyone! Houjun, try to see where she is!
Houjun: The image is faint! There's a barrier! I cannot sense her!!
They hurriedly climb up the steps to the tower and reach a big oak door. The guys push and heave until the door opens showing a long corridor.
No one was around.
Rei: It looks like a ghost fortress! where is everyone?
Pesmerga: Hurry up! lets move, I dont like this!
The group makes its way down the corridor and they see a light. As Rei approaches, he is suddenly hit by a flash of light.
Rei: Ouch! There's a barrier!
Machi: Houjun said there was a barrier...who is that?
Houjun looks in. "There is someone inside!"
An old woman looks out and Alvania gasps.
Alvania: Mother!!Its me,Alvania! I have been released from the curse and these are my GSG friends!
Soraya: Alvania, my daughter! I am so happy you are free! But you cannot release me!
Alvania: Why?
Soraya: Ferciol has set a strong barrier, you have to get the limestones to destroy it.
Futch: Limestones?
Machi: Where are they?
Soraya: They are in the next tower but you have to fight the Herodian Guardians there. They have the limestones. They are a fierce group of monsters who loyally serve Ferciol.
Rei: I see the tower, we can use the flamingos to fly over there! GSG's here's another battle we can fight!!!
We should not lose! Kakurine is depending on us!!!
so they rode the flamingoes again to the nearby tower...
Kibagami: we're here what now?
Alvania: let's look for the limestones!!!
Pesmerga: be careful of the Herodians ok?!
so they went thru the tower and once they were on the corridors of the tower...
Herodian guard: do you hear something?
Houjun: ssssh! the Herodians heard us...
Machi: hide!!!!
so they hide inside a room...
Herodian guard2: there's nothing in here!!! that must be your imagination...
as they turned they saw about 50 nighthawks of Ferciol!
Alvania: Houjun!!!
Houjun: ready to fight guys.........
Machi: i'll handle this.....go now....i can do this.......
Houjun: but.......
Machi: go now!!!!!!!ur wasting time!!
so machi was left.
Machi: ok.........what now guys?
She looks at the nighthawks.
They attack her and Machi uses her thread and attacks them back.
Machi is hit by the sharp beaks!
She attacks them killing about half of them then a creature comes in from the door..........it is Ferciol!
Fercoil: welcome Machi into my trap!!
Machi: what!!!
Ferciol didnt waste anytime and shot machi with a white blast!!!
Ferciol: DIE!!!!!!!!!!!
As Alvania and the others watch, they see a tall Guardian go up a flight of stairs carrying a sack in his hand. Could those be the limestones they were seeking?
Alvania: I think its time I used my Mother's magic. Seeing her alive has made me stronger! Houjun come with me! The others take watch!
She signals everyone to be quiet.
Then she signals to Houjun to follow her. The two make their way up the stairs to the room of the Guardians. Suddenly they hear a sound of fighting and right below them, they see the nighthawks attack Pesmerga,Kibagami and Futch. Suddenly, the night hawks drop one by one to the floor. They all look in amazement as Luc appears.
Kibagami: Luc!!! You made them sleep! Good work!
Futch: We didnt expect you at all!
Luc: (smiling) I knew you would need my help. Had to fight 4 dragons before I got here. They're all fast asleep now!
Alvania signals them to be quiet. The Mighty Guardians do not hear the GSGs approaching.
Alvania: Houjun and Luc, its time you used your powers!
Luc uses his wind rune and some of the mighty Guardians fall asleep. Houjun teleports into their room and using his magic, blasts some of the Guardians.
Suddenly one Guardian grabs Luc from behind and holds him prisoner.
Houjun releases a blast from both his hands that knocks off the Guardian holding Luc.
Pesmerga, Futch and Kibagami also join the fighting.
Kibagami: Quick! I can hear more Guardians coming!!
They hear running footsteps coming towards them!
Futch: Get ready! We have to win this fight!
Houjun and the others continue fighting the Guardians leaving Alvania free to look for the limestones.
As Alvania comes nearer the sack on the table, she suddenly senses something......
She hears a voice behind her and she sees an ugly tall Guardian sneering at her.
