The GSGs regroup.
Stealth, Miyu, Sarah, Carbuncle and Kurapik are deep in conference.
Carbuncle: What is our next move?
Stealth: Some of us still have our potions from Soraya. We can sneak in not being seen.
Miyu: Let us Red Knights go in.
Souleater: Ok, we will go with you. We also have some potions.
Kurapik: Its about time we use them! Soraya said its only for emergencies and......... this is an emergency!!
Sarah: You all go in!! Your GSG comrades will need your help. My army will stand guard here outside!!
Everyone drinks their potions and in an instant, their bodies turn to smoke!
Inside the tunnels, the mist clears.
A faint voice is heard.
Luc: Accck! * cough * what was that?
Rei: That was gas! But it wasn't poison..... or we'll be dead!
Houjun: Thanks Rei! Good thing you saw that opening in the wall. We were able to climb into it before the gas hit us!
Rei: Ure welcome bro! But we owe it to this blanket of doom. It covered us from the gas!!
Pesmerga: yeah *cough* aack! aaack!
As they peep out of the wall, they are surprised to see all their GSG companions missing!
Houjun: What the??? Where is everybody?
Rei: I have a bad feeling. C'mon! lets look for that Ruby stone Soraya told us about. It will show us where the third tower is!!
The group hastily make their way deep into the tunnel.
After minutes of walking, the group stops.
Luc goes ahead and signals to them to follow. As they reach the end of the tunnel, they see a large pool of water swirling around like a whirlpool........in the center floating in the air.....was a large Ruby!!!!
They stare at the floating gem. Inscribed on its surface was the mark of the three rings!
Rei sees floating stones going around the Ruby. They looked like stepping stones. "Hmmm, this could be easy!"
Luc: Yeah... if u dont fall!!!
Pesmerga: What happens if you fall?
Houjun throws in a pebble. A loud screech is heard and a giant electric eel came out of the swirling waters, swallowing the pebble!
Pesmerga: Now THAT answers my question!
Rei: Well, someone has to try!!!
Houjun laughs. "Maybe I can just teleport myself and get that Ruby!"..... but as Houjun tries... he gets an electrical shock!!!
Houjun: Eeooow!! an electric barrier!!!
Rei steps up and starts to time himself, watching the moving stones closely. He steps on the first stone, then the second, then the third. Timing was important or he would be eel food!!!
The others encourage him.
Pesmerga: Go Rei!
Luc: Maybe I can use my wind rune....... but as he did, the wind blows back on his face making him drowsy!!!
Houjun shakes him awake. "Bro, the magic doesnt work here! You have to do it the hard way!
Luc: huh? (partly awake).
They see Rei is nearing the Ruby. As Rei steps on the last moving stone, the giant electric eel emerges from the water, screeching loudly and swings at Rei! ....But.......... it misses!
The eel looks around, confused. It screeches angrily looking for Rei..... Rei has vanished!!! and also the Ruby!
The eel trashes around the water searching for Rei and the Ruby but........ there is no sign of them!!! Angrily, the eel gives up and dives into the water. As the others look around, they begin to wonder where Rei was.
"Eoooow!", shouts Pesmerga as he feels a hand on his shoulder.
Rei suddenly appears with the Ruby in his hand. Rei is laughing.
Rei: You'd think I want that eel to eat me? No way bro!!
He smiles as he puts away the blanket of doom inside his knapsack.
They quickly leave and decide to go back to the others outside.
But Luc sees something.
"Wait! Look over there!", says Luc.
On the opposite wall was an emblem of a gem, it was the Ruby!There was a hole in its middle. It looked like a keyhole.
The GSGs studied it and Rei inserts the Ruby into the emblem............. the wall begins to move!
The group enter thru the wall and they see a chamber ahead of them. It was a huge chamber...... the size of 3 battlefields!!.... As they near it they hear voices!
Ferciol: hahahahahahahahaha!
Teresa: Ahahahahahahahah!
As the group comes nearer, they are shocked at what they see.
Kakurine and the GSG's are prisoners of Ferciol!!!
