1. Paper cardboard
Advantage:
Easy to make ,Easy to modify the shape
Disadvantage:
Easy to damage ,Not firm enough to support the PCB.

2. Plastic Board
Advantage:
Very firm ,have many different colors
Disadvantage:
Difficult to modify the Bus shape

3. Aluminum Board
Advantage:
Very Firm
Disadvantage:
Only have one color

Conclusion (for the bus)
Using the paper cardboard and aluminum board.
We use the cardboard to make the outline of the bus.
We combine both characteristic and advantage of two materials.

Conclusion (for the bus stop)
Using the plastic board to do it. Chemical, water and electrical resistant
Colorless plastic (acrylics) board seem open
Colorless plastics can see through the case to see the PCB.
