PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Terms of purchase:
Payment may be made through any of the major credit cards or personal check using Paypal. US currency only.
*Buyer is responsible for all shipping, taxes and insurance.
*Purchases over $50 must be insured.
*All items over 9-1/2"x12" will be delivered via Fed-Ex.
*Smaller Items will be posted priority mail through
the US Postal Service.
Shipping, Insurance and additional fees will be assessed at time of purchase
*Persons living with in 25 miles of Warrenton, Virginia
may make arrangements to pick up work locally.
*Purchases will be shipped with in 7 to 10 working days of recieving of payment.
*Judd-Crossman Gallery the Artist or it's agents
do not guarantee that photo representations,
as seen on the web, are accurate as to color of actual painting.
* ALL SALES OF NON-COMMISSIONED WORK ARE FINAL
* Should your purchase be delivered in damaged condition you must
contact the seller within 24 hours, by telephone,
receiving your purchase. If you do not contact the seller in the alloted time you agree to accept the purchase as is. .
*Damaged items must be returned in or with the package they were shipped in to
seller before settlement can be made.
*By confirming the availability of a painting for purchase you have agree to these terms of sale.
