This is where it all starts

Having been involved with, and using,
computers for 20 some odd years,
I've continually changed, modified,
and tweaked the 'look'.
So, about April of 2003,
I happened upon the wonderful world of skinning.
What a discovery, both in desktop modification
and in the very large community
involved in those pursuits.

Needless to say, I'm hooked.

Is there no end?

After starting with WindowBlinds,
I thought "Why stop there?"
There's Wallpapers, Logons,
Beatnik, Object Docks, Rainlendars,
to name but a few.

The possibilities are endless.

Where to put it all

Although I have posted most
of my work at various skinning
sites on the net,
I decided it was time
to have my own little spot
on the web.
Having been coding web pages
from back in the days of notepad,
this didn't seem like
too much of a project.

Boy, was I wrong.





Well, take a look
and have fun with it.
If I managed to make
your desktop look a
little more interesting,
mission accomplished.
