This editorial cartoon was
published in The Review, Riley High School's newpaper during my
senior year. I was inspired to create it by the many years of controversy
and debate whether a "new " Riley would be built. These three frogs won
third place in the category of best cartoon in the Michiana Professional
Chapter Society of Professional Journalist for 1998.
The entire newspaper experience
has had a strong impact on my life. It
was one of those rare moments from which I had what I felt was complete
freedom of my personal creativity.
