http://4dw.net/deathndragon/ - "Death and the Dragon" is a 2x5 site owned by Mel and Christy. I highly recommend that you go and read their fics. I'm not a huge fan of 2x5, but their 1x2x5 stuff is fabulous. I also love them for their 'Fish Tales'. It's nice to know I'm not the only fanfic author with a large number of pet fish out there.

Transformers / Beast Wars

http://www.insecticons.com - "In Space No One Can Hear Starscream - All Insecticons All the Time" is owned by Wayward, who is one of the best Transformers authors out there, and the first one I found to present a believable example of TF romance. She's also an incredible TF artist, I'm jealous... I can't draw giant robots.

http://insecticons.com/pwp/index.html - "Plug and Play - For Transfans Tried of Human Analogues" is probably hosting the hottest TF PWP's I have ever read. A place where the fact that TF's are not human's is really explored, and explored well. Absolutely hilarious spoof pages.

http://www.lambotricks.com - "Stupid Lamborghini Tricks" has some great fiction and some wonderful art, although primarily devoted to the Autobot Twins Sunstreaker and Sideswipe, it has stuff about the other bots as well. Some really good Mirage pieces.

http://www.realmlibrary.net - "The Realm's Library" is hosted by Lady Dementia, who saved (I think) most the fics when Beast Wars Anonymous went down. She's a staunch Rampage fan, and she has some really good series. There are many others hosted there besides her as well.

https://www.angelfire.com/mech/dconjoolrybox/ - "Welcome to the D-Con Joolry Box" is a quirky little page owned by one of Wayward's Dreadmoon groupies. Very small, rather cute, and admittedly odd, there is nevertheless some very good fanfic there, if TF slash is your thing.
