GOAL
The project was initiated by
Sasa and Sandra Kolic, (Painter and Art agent; respectively).
The project was formed to realize the coming together of nations,
visions and cultures.
Co-operation of
YOUR and Yugoslav artists,
which we hope will evolve in near future. Integration of different
cultural and social backgrounds.
Mingling of cultures, artists, which will enrich artistic expression
of our two countries, and furthermore enrich the spectre of artistic expression.
OBJECTIVE
After a ten years long period of falling
down and bad economy this country has come to a point when people do not
care any longer for any form of art. Those who tried to stay in touch with
art happenings and art movements are not wealth enough to represent a good
art customer - mostly out of economic reasons.
Art should have an audience to preserve its quality and be up to date. Here in Yugoslavia after an enormous fall of standard one can not expect the situation to get better and to evolve out of present conditions. It will take many years which art can no longer wait.
With this project we'll try to get through the wall of silence in communications, not in a political way but with an art meaning - to lift up art voice above the politics'. The aim is not of a national character but individual one. Work demands boundless world of communications. This project represents an exit out of problems and monotonous repeated situation. As we have mentioned the auditorium for art will not mature at least for next ten years.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involves several aspects of
co-operation:
A ) Long term co-operation (proposal & sponsorship offer)
B ) Undetermined short term CO-operation
C ) Determined short term CO-operation
I ] LONG TERM CO-OPERATION - proposal
Artist is obliged to deliver painting / paintings in technique oil on
canvas, to the client, and according following scheme:
AVAILABILITY
Proposal:
Suggested way of co-operation is to financially support the work of artist. The project is about producing works
of art (the paintings) by Sasa Kolic,
easier and faster approach to you as the buyer. You will have unique chance to get for yourself works of art in many
annual rates. Online shopping became common for palette of various products, so that it is expectable for art to conquer
this market as well.
The amount of financial support directly influences the quantity and nature
of artist's obligations. The amount defined in this project, per point ordered is
3000 EUR on annual basis, to be paid to the artist through his
personal bank account, which will be included in the contract/agreement.
The possibility to multiply ordered point always exist - and even more interesting for you as a buyer:
at once you'll get more works of art for better price.

1 (one) painting of following dimensions: 100x75cm, 100x70cm, 100x60cm,
90x80cm, 90x70cm, 90x60cm, 80x80cm and 80x70cm; or
-
point 2
2 (two) paintings out of following dimensions: 70x70cm, 70x60cm, 70x50cm,
80x60cm, 80x50cm and 90x50cm; or
-
point 3
3 (three) paintings out of following dimensions: 70x40cm,
60x50cm, 60x40cm and 50x50cm; or
-
point 4
4 (four) paintings of following dimensions: 50x40cm, 50x30cm,
40x40cm, 40x35cm, 40x30cm,30x35cm and 30x30cm; or
-
point 5
6 (six) paintings dimensions 35x50cm, technique oil pastel on cardboard.
Discount can be offered for more than one point ordered. If you decide to order more than one point we will follow the scheme:

for two points ordered you'll get 15% discount of total amount,
-
for three points ordered you'll get 20% discount of total amount,
-
for both four or five points ordered you'll get 25% discount of total amount,
-
for six to nine points ordered you'll get 30% discount of total amount,
-
for ten and over, points ordered you'll get 40% discount of total amount.
New conditions will be defined in ANNEX 2, which will be done subsequently.
The parties involved will agree on terms of payment.
The time/date of the delivery directly depends on the agreement
of the way of payment. Options of delivery/payment are: on annual basis,
on six months, or on three months. Summary: delivery of the paintings can
vary depending on the fact how the payment period is defined.
If the co-operation is satisfying, it can be renewed after the
determined period or even in a last month of co-operation so that
continuity can be preserved.
Upon your decision and contacting us will send you small
Email presentation with all paintings currently available so that you can easily choose ones
you like.
The paintings are sold/rent on
"first come, first served" basis, which in extreme and rare situations
might cause non-availability of a particular Artwork
ordered.
CHARGES &
COSTS
TAXES
Applicable taxes are calculated and charged
in accordance with the ruling tax legislation in Srbia,
Yugoslavia.
Any applicable taxes are calculated and
clearly stated during the ordering process, thus enabling the client
to be aware of any taxes being charged before providing any payment
details and/or submitting the order.

CUSTOMS
AND IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES
Your order may be subject to import duties
and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance might have to be borne by
you. The Authors of this project have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further information
you may wish to contact your local customs office. We definitely
recommend doing so if the value of your order is several hundreds Euros
or more.
Additionally, when ordering from us, you will be considered the importer and you are obliged to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
The Autors of the project
will dispatch your order enclosing the standard commercial and customs
documentation.
OTHER CHARGES
In case the address you have provided was
not complete or wrong, which consequently resulted in the Return To
Sender of your order, you will be bearing all the additional costs
incurred or related to the return and any new shipment.
Any other charges your order might
incur or cause, in your country or elsewhere (out of Srbia,
Yugoslavia), will have to be borne by you.

The painting is usually shipped in standard
shipping tubes.

SHIPPING TIME
When calculating the total Delivery Time,
please keep in mind that every shipment we have to organise from Yugoslavia.
Time necessary to complete your order varies depending on the
many things which we can't anticipate, but generally ranges between 3 - 6 working
days upon receipt of your order.

In order to calculate the total Delivery
Time, you need to add the time of calculeted hard work condition (ranging between
3 and 6 working days) and applicable Transit Time (ranging between 3
and 4 working days).

We are confident in the quality of any Painting which painter Sasa Kolic painted and sent to you. We however appreciate that you might not be able to fully visualize the Painting you see on your monitor and therefore might hesitate in placing your order.
That is why, we offer to you a 15 days full money back guarantee.
Simply pack the Artwork (including any options received) in the same packaging it was shipped in and return it within 15 days (from the date of original shipment) - you will be notified about return adress. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice. We would appreciate receiving also a short note stating the reason(s) for return.
Following receipt of your return
shipment and our satisfactory inspection of the order content (no
damages), we will refund to you the cost of your order, including the
shipping fees. You will however be obliged to pay your return shipping
and insurance costs.
II ] LONG TERM CO-OPERATION -
sponsorship offer
Sponsorship offer:
Long term co-operation would mean to sponsor the artist - detailed description will follow.
It can be defined on yearly basis.
If the co-operation is satisfying, it can be renewed after the determined period or even
in a last month of co-operation so that continuity can be preserved.
Suggested way of co-operation is: to financially support the artist on a monthly, quartile,
semestral or annual basis.
The parties involved would define terms of payment.The obligations of the painter
are to promote and advertise the Sponsor of his work: in media coverage - radio and TV
shows, interwievs for papers, site presentation, as well as on eventual one-man exhibitions,
mentioning Sponsor's name in the promotional material before and during the exhibition.
UNDETERMINED SHORT TERM CO-OPERATION
This part of the project can be performed independently
and parallel to the Long-term co-operation.
Under this part of Project we consider an engagement offered by the company interested
, engagement of the painter for any need of the client, connected to the art.
The area of the painter's engagement can be:
- design of the
logotype, symbol, marketing problems, posters, packing (shape and visual effect of packing);
-murals - external
walls, or direct painting inside of the premises of the client;
- miscellaneous -
whatever art connected needs the client might have.
DETERMINED SHORT TERM CO-OPERATION
Denotes other types of the cooperation with the
company interested (further in the text The client):
- organizing art
summer camps for employees;
PRICE & CURRENCY CURRENCY PRICE PAYMENT HOW TO SUBMIT AN ORDER / REALIZE SATISFYING COOPERATION
- cooperation with art
clubs (kunstvereinigungen) within the company interested, or other artists who are
also sponsored by the client; through joint actions, happenings of exchange of experience,
joint work, organizing visits of other Yugoslav artists, organizing art "colonies" - art
workshops;
-financial support
of happenings, actions organized by the painter;
- possibility to
"RENT A PAINTING" - meaning the client can take several (as many as needed) paintings
in time of celebration, holidays to arrange offices, premises for an agreed amount of money
per painting per agreed period.
After the rental period paintings should be returned in the same condition as they
were before renting.

To place your order you need to accomplish several steps:
-STEP ONE - print four copies of Contract and optionaly Annex.
-STEP TWO - fill it in with all the data required from you and sign it.
-STEP THREE - send all four copies to us to fill in missing data and sign it.
-STEP FOUR - the contract is concluded on the date when we sign it.
-STEP FIWE - you'll receive your two copies and then consider our cooperation established.
-STEP SIX - having completed the payment, we would kindly request you to send us the copy of the bank statement. Which we will consider as proof of the payment.
-STEP SEVEN - further we'll send you receipt to confirm the payment, along with the painting.
NOTE: ALL THE SUGGESTED WAYS OF COOPERATION ARE NEGOTIABLE
AND WILL BE ARRANGED MUTUALY BY ALL THE SIDES INVOLVED.
