PAINTING RENTAL CONTRACT

(hereafter referred to as "THE LESSEE")

ARTICLE 1

The subject of THE CONTRACT is temporary RENTAL of the paintings of the painter Sasa Kolic, acting THE LESSOR.

ARTICLE 2

THE LESSOR gives the paintings to THE LESSEE in two weeks after THE CONTRACT signing.

ARTICLE 3

THE LESSEE has a right to choose the paintings which to RENT, and those can be paintings in following technique:
 1)  oil on canvas;
 2)  oil pastel on the cardboard;
 3)  all the rest: drawings, prints.

ARTICLE 4

THE LESSOR is not obliged to frame the paintings, nor to accept or pay for framing if it is done by THE LESSEE in the RENTAL period.

ARTICLE 5

THE RENTAL amount is per painting on monthly basis, 100 DEM for oil on canvas, 50 DEM for oil pastel on cardboard, and 25 DEM for all the rest-drawings and prints.
THE LESSEE is obliged to pay in advance the 30% of the total RENTAL amount, latest two weeks after the CONTRACT signing, the rest of the payment is due two weeks after the paintings delivery.

ARTICLE 6

CONTRACTING PARTIES will determine the CONTRACTING PERIOD, taking in consideration that RENTAL PERIOD starts with CONTRACT SIGNING.

ARTICLE 7

THE LESSOR will decide on the way of the paintings delivery.

ARTICLE 8

THE LESSOR is obliged to use the paintings only in the purpose of equipping the premises.

ARTICLE 9

After THE CONTRACTING PERIOD THE LESSEE is obliged to return the paintings in the same condition as they were in the time of handover, latest in two weeks after the end of THE CONTRACT.
THE LESSEE is obliged to reimburse any eventual damage of the paintings, made during THE RENTAL PERIOD or while transporting them, regardles to the cause of the damage (fire, roberry, flood or any cause that can not be foreseen).

ARTICLE 10

Competent jurisdiction authorities will handle any problematic issue, in the country of defendant.

ARTICLE 11

This CONTRACT is made into four identical copies, two for each contracting party.
