ARTICLE 1

THE SPONSOR as Art lover, commit themselves to finance THE PAINTER and his work in year - during the CONTRACTING PERIOD.

ARTICLE 2

The obligations of THE PAINTER are to promote and advertise THE SPONSOR and his work, in media - radio and TV shows, interwievs for papers, site presentation, as well as on eventual one-man exhibitions, mentioning Sponsor's name in the promotional material before and during the exhibition.

ARTICLE 3

The obligation of THE SPONSOR is to make payment of the amount _______ following the dynamic:
 - in twelve equal monthly rates,
 - in four equal trimestrial rates,
 - in two equalsix-months rates,
 - at one spot in two weeks after THE CONTRACT SIGNING.

ARTICLE 4

THE PAINTER can break THE CONTRACT in case that THE SPONSOR does not make payment in agreed time - two weeks after the due date whether it is the total amount to be paid at once or the first rate in case of several rates.
THE SPONSOR can break THE CONTRACT in case that THE PAINTER does not start with his obligations in agreed time - two weeks after the first payment.

ARTICLE 5

Competent jurisdiction authorities will handle any problematic issue, in the country of defendant.

ARTICLE 6

This CONTRACT is made into FOUR identical copies, two for each contracting party.
