Second row from top, second tile from left is #6476, John Britt's Warm Yellow (you can find the recipe in the Clayart archives). This test is on a porcelain body. It is not yellow on this clay body, but more of a pinkish beige/pinkish light tan. You would get more color on an ironing bearing body.
Second row from top 3rd tile from left is #7488V1 Color E
This is an ash glaze. I used mixed fireplace ash which was mostly hardwoods.

Color C, Add: 1.5% Copper Carbonate, 0.5% Cobalt Carbonate.
Bottom row, far left tile is a Fake ash glaze #7295 color O
Color O, Add: Cobalt carbonate 0.1%, Copper Carbonate 0.5%
Color I, Add: 1% Copper Carbonate
