Sandra Yuen is a Canadian-born Chinese. She graduated from Langera College in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1985 with a Fine Arts Diploma. She received a scholarship based on artistic and academic achievement. She went on to the University of British Columbia, majoring in Western Art studies. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts in 1989.
Over the years Sandra has worked on her skills as a painter. Recently, she has also taken up writing fiction.
She is married and presently resides in Vancouver with her husband and four cats.
