Are Lenny's over-looked???

Lenny's are among the less popular Neopets, such as Moehog's, Tuskaninny's, etc. In fact, they are even less popular than a limited edition pet, the poogle! But, in my opinion, I think Lenny's are being underestimated. After all, The Neopets Team likes them, as Lenny's are one of the few pets that have a game named after them. Now, I know from personal experience, that 99% of the time the reason people do not adopt or create Lenny's is because of the way they look. Most people would rather have a "cute" pet, such as an Aisha, or a "beautiful" pet, such as a Uni, or even a "fierce" pet, like a Grarrl. Lenny's are outcasts in Neopia. In the U.S, 40 Lenny's have been adopted since they were invented; in the U. K, 20! I have a friend who can draw Lenny's to make them look cuter than anything! Neopians shouldn't be concerned about what is on the outside, but what is on the inside. After all, the outside is just many colored pixels. Now, many of you are probably thinking, "So what if your friend can draw Lenny’s really cute? I can't, and I always enter all my pets in the beauty contest!" If the only reason that you were to make a Lenny is to enter it into the beauty contest, then don't bother making one at all. Neopets is not about who can draw their pet the best, or who has the cutest pets, it’s about interacting with your pets, talking to friends, and most importantly, taking care of your pets. All in all, this Lenny Day, do a Lenny a favor, and adopt or create one. And even if all the rest of my article made no impact on you, and you still only care about looks, maybe they will come up with a new good look for the Lenny on Lenny Day.
