Step One:
Crab meat is easy to cut. I have purchased the Leg variety, which is suggested. However, the chunk or flake variety will work just as well. You may not need a knife for this part. |

Step Two:
I have cut the crab into about 8-10 small pieces, however you can tear these apart with your hands. The crab can be flakey, which shouldn't be a concern.
