Brie’s Night

Brie was a genteel girl of sixteen.  Her long, golden hair cascaded into swirls down her back and over her delicate shoulders.  Her oval-shaped eyes were the color of sapphires that sparkled and glistened in the soft light.  There was a slight pout to her lower lip, giving her facial features an innocent appearance.  Her skin was of a deep golden tone, due to hours spent outside in the bright sunlight.  The big, soft curls of her shiny hair framed a smooth, silky complexion.  Her neck was long and slender, in proportion to her tall, slender frame.  The bodice of her long-flowing dress, which was made of white satin, fell slightly below the small curves of her breasts to reveal a small opening at her taut, tiny waist.  The skirt of the sleek, flowing dress continued down the length of her long legs, accentuating the slight curves of her hips and thighs.  The shimmering skirt ended shortly above her tiny, perfect feet, which were adorned with

silver bracelets around her ankles and white, satin heels.  The tight muscles in her legs pressed against the fabric as she floated gracefully down the staircase to meet her date for the prom.

Brie’s legs trembled with anticipation of the night’s events.  She looked dazzling as she made her way down the staircase.  Brian stood at the foot of the stairs, staring at her in awe.  The way he looked at her made her gleam.  She heard him gasp slightly, in awe, at her appearance.

“You are so beautiful,” he said.

She would be the envy of all of the girls at school when they saw her tonight in her gorgeous prom dress, and on the arm of this gorgeous guy.  She beamed with happiness as she neared him.  This entire evening was already beginning to appear like something out of a dream.  Her eyes shined as she took Brian’s outstretched hand, and he pulled her closely to his side.  His arm slipped around her waist, and together they walked to the door.

Her parents were even standing at the door, smiling proudly and taking pictures.  “The two of you look so cute tonight!” exclaimed her mother.  Then she turned to Brie’s father, “Oh, Honey, this brings back so many memories of own high school prom.  That was probably one of the greatest times I can remember about growing up.”

“Our little girl isn’t a little girl anymore, is she?” asked Brie’s father.

5 – B

As Brian took my hand in his and led me to his car, my heart began to race.  I had dreamt of this night and the romance.  I could hardly wait to dance with him, to feel his arms around me.  As I looked at him, all I could think about was how handsome he appeared in his white tuxedo.  Next to him, I felt beautiful, and suddenly, I was filled with anticipation at the idea of floating beneath the soft lights, with enchanting music echoing through my head.  It seemed like he couldn’t take his eyes off of me, which made me feel even more special.  I had waited for this night for so long; it was a night I would never forget.  Just like my mother said, it would be one of the greatest memories of growing up.  Brian was the perfect gentleman, opening the car door for me, and waiting until I was seated in the car before he closed it.  My heart fluttered as he leaned over and kissed me on the forehead.  Then he whispered something in my ear that I will always remember.  “If I never remember anything else about this night, I will always remember how beautiful you look right this moment.”
