Introduction and Review of ETEC 587

ETEC 587--Advanced Production of Educational Materials is a graduate course at Texas A&M-Commerce.  This course introduces the production of multi-media materials, using Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Fireworks 4, and Macromedia Flash 5.  These software applications, in conjunction with each other, can be used to create dynamic web pages.  Dreamweaver  is a web page editor; Fireworks enables one to create gif images as well as animated gifs.  Flash 5 is an excellent program for creating short animated movies.  This course has been an excellent introduction to these programs, and is highly recommended for individuals involved in educational settings, technology careers, and artistic careers.  I have especially benefited from this course because I am involved in all three of these areas.
