Why a towel?? Towel Day photos: http://www.binaryfreedom.com/towelday/pictures/ February 11 (The 42nd Day of the year) Happy Adams Day (see toast below) March 11, 1952 (his birthday) May 11, His last day on our blue-green planet May 25, Towel Day -- Show your towel proudly in public! June 21/22 Second Day of Remembering (42 days after Douglas Adams died) May 25th turns out to be the first friday before the 42nd week-end day (couning only Saturday's and Sunday's, back-dated to January 1st). (Saturdays and Sundays being featured as the best days to enjoy a pint and a game of cricket -- in its various forms on various worlds). (This year the 42nd week-end day, falls on a Sunday, which is the 27th but through a gross over-site in the construction of mathemtatics for our universe (they used a cheap contractor :( -- this problem can only be rectified by re-booting the entire universe. This has generally been considered a bad move).What is all of this?
