to sit small candle in ceramic, hollow, round hole on top, about 4" high ceramic sheep heavy gold/silver (fake) ring.Not a finger ring. Might fit around a small person's neck, or maybe upper arm?
it's joined where the first rings in it are. heavy, shiny metal stand with felt on bottom.
