For those of you who didn't visit the Nidarcs Shama page before coming here, I'll fill you in: When I was in sixth grade, I created names for each of my different personalities (technically more like moods, since I don't have dissociative disorder). I called them brains. Their names have changed several times over the years. I've added some brains, subtracted some, combined others. My latest (and hopefully the last) group of brains is called JANS, which stands for the first letter of each of the twins' names. Each JANS brain has a twin whose name starts with the same letter as her. The twins are similar in some ways but mostly opposites (like yin and yang). My total amount of brains is now 8, but Nyssa has four parts or elements to her (in other words, she has her own set of brains); also, Conni doesn't have a twin but she's still one of my brains, just not included in the JANS group. Conni is more like a conscience than a mood. Although on rare occasions I have been in a Conni mood.
Oh, one more thing: You'll notice that each brain has their own theme song(s). But there are a few songs that describe my whole personality, brains and all, so I'll put them here on the main page: "She's Always a Woman" by Billy Joel,
