~Aimia Klain

The Noise on the Wires

"Attachment hurts objectivity."

Hair Color: blue

Favorite Color: blue

Gemstone: garnet

Birthday: 1/22 (Kurt Cobain Day)

Zodiac sign: Aquarius

Symbol: lightning bolt like the one on this AIM 1.0 warn button -->

Personality: IRL - quiet, shy, serious, mature, obedient, hard working, anti-social.
Online - inventive, clever, resourceful, paranoid, persistent, determined, chivalrous, annoying, yet some find her fun to talk to.
Enneagram personality type: 5 (analyzer)
Myers-Briggs personality type: ISTJ/ISFJ

Reason behind the name: Tisn't a real name; I made it up; it is "AIM" backwards and forwards: "Aim-ia" and Ai-aim." See? I chose "Klain" for her last name so it would be similar to her twin's name (Arche Krein), and it also has "lain" in it, the anime character Aimia acts like. And Aimia has resemblance to Ami, Sailor Mercury, who Aimia is also like.

Reason behind the brain: Aimia was the 12th and final brain of Nidarcs Shama. She was my techie side, or rather--the one who annoyed people online. :-J She came to me in eighth grade when I first got the Internet (I had AOL in seventh grade, but only for one month, and I was such a newbie that it doesn't even count) and this "friend" of mine Zeoodacool warned me to 100% just for fun. I couldn't sign on again until the next day. Poor me. It was my only screen name. REVENGE WOULD BE MINE! I made more SNs -- seven to start with. It gradually grew . . . currently I have over 400. WAHAHAHAHA! Thus Aimia was born.

Well, all that was back in the day when the warn button actually WORKED. Now it's dead. There are no more fun and games, playing with people's hearts and minds.

Like Lain, Aimia is a trouble maker on the Wired, but IRL, she is quiet, shy, serious, and anti-social. She is only her true self on the Wired, the virtual Internet world where nothing is real. Or is it? Aimia's "real self" is the other brains. The brain Aimia is just an act for the real world. Isn't it ironic that reality is in the virtual world and not in the real world? Some people get attached to the Wired self she reveals, but Aimia isn't attached to anyone, and can disappear from that world at any time. She doesn't really have a place in either world, so some might say she doesn't really exist.

Aimia is different now. Now she is more like the old Nyssa who was quiet and serious (but without the nature part), and Sadame is taking over the role of the having-fun-getting-revenge-on-people brain. So I'd say I am Aimia most often when at school or work or around strangers. I don't talk to anyone, and no one talks to me. I don't show my emotions or reveal my true personality. That is saved for the Wired. When did I become so serious? It started in 3rd grade when I was getting tired of getting in trouble for being the wild Arche. I forced myself to become Aimia in public.

Likes: the Internet, chatting, being alone and at home.

Dislikes: updates, upgrades, people who think they know me when they know nothing, getting my sns stolen (it has happened), people who don't answer my IMs, people who make sns and don't use them, newbies/n00bs, netspeak abuse, people who ask the same boring questions and have unoriginal sns.

AIM screen names: acid1ain, sailorlain

Theme songs: "Unbelievable" by EMF, "Cannonball" by Damien Rice, "Real World" by Matchbox 20, "Duvet" by Boa, "The Clique" by Good Charlotte, "Goodbye Ruby Tuesday" by the Rolling Stones, "I Will" by the Beatles, "How's It Gonna Be" by Third Eye Blind.
