Have you seen a shrine, and wondered if you should go to it or not? Some of the shrines do horrible things. Well, now you don't have to wonder! Here's a list of all the shrines, (To my knowledge it is all of them.) and what they do. Feel free to print this out so you can use it as a guide while playing Diablo.
- Abandoned Shrine, +2 to Dexterity.
- Creepy Shrine, +2 to Strength.
- Cryptic Shrine, Produces the same effect as the Nova spell.
- Divine Shrine, 2 full rejuvenation potions.
- Eerie Shrine, +2 levels of magic name appears backwards in character menu.
- Eldritch Shrine, All potions become rejuvenation potions of the same kind.
- Enchanted Shrine, Lose one already learned spell, and gain one level on the rest of your learned spells.
- Fascinating Shrine, Gain 2 levels of firebolt, and lose 10 maximum mana.
- Glimmering Shrines, Identifies all inventory items, or Reveals the map.
- Goat Shrine, Random.
- Gloomy Shrine, +2 to AC of all armor in inventory, but -1 to DMG of all weapons in your inventory.(Hint: Drop your weapons, get the shrine, then pick your weapons back up.)
- Hidden Shrines, Affects the Durability of items, or you lose all but 1 gold, and your stats increase, or stength +1 duribility of weapon -1.
- Holy Shrine, teleported to a different room.
- Imposing Shrine, Switches some mana to life.
- Magic Shrine, Cast mana shield on you.
- Mysterious Shrine, Raises one stat +5, and the rest-1.
- Mystic Shrine, lose all but 1 gold, and gives you 700 experience.
- Ornate Shrine, Gains 2 holy bolt levels, and lose 10 maximum mana.
- Quiet Shrine, +2 to Vitality.
- Religious Shrine, All items repaired.
- Sacred Shrine, Gain 2 charged bolt levels, but lose 10 maximum mana.
- Secluded Shrine, Shows all in auto map.
- Spiritual Shrine, Fills empty spots in inventory with 6 gold each.
- Spooky Shrine, all other players in the game with you are healed.
- Stone Shrine, Recharges all staves.
- Supernatural Shrine, Raises the Boss of the level's hit points.
- `Tainted Shrine, Does something random to another player in the game.
- Thaumatargic Shrine, All chests in the dungeon are refilled. (YES!!!!)
- Weird Shrine, Max damage by weapons increases by 1.
