Xander Harris
Alexander LeVelle Harris has lived in Sunnydale all his life, and his best friend growing up was Willow, who basically still is. Xander learned of Buffy's secret by overhearing her and Giles speeking in the library about it on the series premiere. Xander who has love for Buffy in more ways than one always gives his all when fighting alongside his friends. He is at the moment no longer dating once-hated Cordelia Chase, as she dumped him when her and Oz stumbled upon him and Willow sharing smoochies. Xander always has a good line to say, or he always spices up bad moments with witty comebacks or movements. Although not unintellegant by any means, despite referring himself as the "king of creatins", Xander has never excelled academically, leaving Willow to tutor him in many subjects, notably math. He has a great loyalty to Buffy, and is sometimes weary and questioned by the aura of Angel. He is jealous of Angel as she chose Angel over him, but has forgiven his friend for that as he is very into his job both as friend to her and the Slayerettes. He will one day come to grips with Angel being good, he just has to settle his differences this season. Xander is played by Nicholas Brendon.
