Chapter 25

Dreaming Of You

That night, when everyone had gone to bed, Mercedes lay awake in her bed, just thinking. She looked over at Cassandra who seemed to be peacefully sleeping. "Probably dreaming about Nick," she thought.

Around three thirty, Mercedes finally fell asleep, but her sleep was not all pleasure like Cassandra's. Mercedes' had two awful dreams, the first one, was about her and Brian, and her reliving the events of the day, but with different outcomes, and different words said.

"Mercedes, I love you so much. Please will you marry me?" Brian asked.

"Brian, I don't love you. I can't marry you."

"Okay. Well like I always say, I can't wait forever, so I am going to marry Cassandra then."

"Who's Cassandra?"

"Der, your cousin," Brian said and walked away.

"Wait! Brian! I changed my mind. I love you! I will marry you! I will marry you!"

"It's too late Mercedes. I don't want you anymore."

"Please wait!" but Brian kept walking. "Come back! Come back!" she yelled several times, but Brian walked away as the dream faded.

Her second dream was just as scary. She was standing on the Grand Canyon.. Brian was with her, but left her alone, staring down into the deep, open canyon. She was happy, then she started to turn around and go home. She realized that she really did love Brian and was going to go over to Brian's house and tell him, but as she turned, her foot slipped on a stone. Brian wasn't there to save her. "Oh my God!" Mercedes yelled as she clawed at the side of the canyon. "Help me!" but she lost her grip. Mercedes screamed as she fell to her death. "Ah!" Mercedes yelled as she woke up in a cold sweat. She looked at the clock and said, "Nine thirty, shit. I hate getting up this early, but there is no way I'm going back to bed!" She was thankful that she didn't wake up Cassandra. She ran to the bathroom and drenched her face in cold water. She dried off her face and walked down the stairs in her PJ's, which were a pair of light green boxers and a white t-shirt. She walked down the stairs to find Kevin, Emalia, Devon, Coreene, Nicole, Jonathan, Isabella, A.J., and Howie fixing a picnic basket.

"Mercedes, are you okay? You look like you've just seen a ghost!" A.J. said giving her a worried look, noticing her pale white complexion.

"No I'm not. I really need to see Brian!" Mercedes practically yelled. "Is he home?"

"Mercedes, it's nine thirty in the morning, why would he be up?"

"I dunno, but I need to go see him. Can I go over?" she said, looking at Kevin.

"Yeah sure, but he's probably still in bed."

"I don't care, I need to see him."

"Okay, go right over. Just walk in."

"Okay, thanks guys," Mercedes yelled as she ran out of the house and across the street. She walked into the house and over where the bedrooms were. She wasn't sure who's was who's because she had only been in the house a couple of times, and she had never gone upstairs before. She walked into on bedroom and saw Nick asleep. "If only Cassie could see this," Mercedes said to herself and tried not to laugh. She walked out of that room and over to the one next to it, it was slightly messy. She looked around the room, and saw Brian asleep. He looked so cute.

The bedspread was all messed up, like he had been tossing and turning just as bad as she had. Brian's feet were sticking out and it only covered half of his body. She could see that he was only wearing boxers. She walked over to Brian and sat down on the end of the bed and started to shake him. "Brian get up. Come on get up!"

"Huh? What?"

"Get up, I need to talk to you."

"You said enough yesterday," Brian answered and turned over.

"Brian, it's important!" Brian turned over and looked at her.

"What could be so important that you had t-" Mercedes interrupted what he was going to say, and kissed him.

"What was that for?" he asked confused.

"I changed my mind. If you will still have me, I will be your wife." Brian sat up in shock.

"You will? What made you change your mind?"

"You don't want to know!" Brian looked at her. She looked pale, like something had really scared her.

"Come on Mercedes, you're my financeé." Brian smiled at this. "You can tell me anything!"

"Okay, but don't laugh!" Mercedes told Brian about the dreams she had and how they scared her to death. Brian burst out laughing. "It's not funny, they really scared me!"

"But you're telling me, you changed your mind because of your overactive imagination? Because of some stupid dreams?"

"Dreams are not stupid!!"

"Oh really?"

"Yes really," Mercedes said. Brian grabbed the ring box on his nightstand and took out the ring. He put it gently on her left ring finger, and she laid her head down on his pillow. Brian was going to say something, but he looked over at her and saw that she was sound asleep. Brian smiled and laid down next to her, and soon fell right back to sleep.

Nick awoke around ten thirty, and looked out his window. It was a nice day, so he decided to go outside and play basketball.

"Hey B-Rok, get up! Let's go play some basketball, it's nice out!" Nick said and walked into Brian's room. "Oops," was all he said as he realized Brian was not alone. Nick walked back into his room and threw on a pair of pants, and a clean shirt. He looked in the mirror. "Better put on a hat. Not a good hair day," Nick said to himself and threw on a white hat backwards, and ran out of the house. He walked across the street to Cassandra's house. When he got there, he saw that the whole group was already there.

"What are you guys doing here?" Nick asked confused.

"We are driving down to Springer beach," Kevin answered him.

"That's like three hours from here!"

"We know that silly," said A.J.

"Okay, anyway, where is Cassandra?"

"Right here," Cassandra said half asleep.

"Good I need to talk to you."

"Okay, hold on. Let me get a glass of water."

"Okay, please hurry!"

"Chill Nick!" Cassandra said and walked over to the faucet and ran some water into a glass, then walked over to Nick. "Okay, what do you have to tell me?"

"Come in the living room and I will tell you." The nine in the kitchen gave Nick a weird look, but shrugged it off. "Well I woke up, and I went to get Brian to ask him if he wanted to play basketball, and he was not alone. Mercedes was in bed with him." Cassandra almost dropped glass of water on the carpet.

"What? Are you sure it was Mercedes?"

"Cassandra! I think I know what Mercedes looks like! And why would Brian be in bed with someone else?"

"Yeah true. Wow, Mercedes, in bed, with Brian? That's a shock!"

"You're telling me!"

"Bye guys, we're leaving! Tell Mercedes and Brian that we will be back around nine tonight!" Nicole yelled from the other room.

"Bye Nicole, and bye everyone!" Cassandra yelled back.

"Bye!" they answered back. Whey left, Cassandra started towards the door.

"And where do you think you're going?" said Nick.

"Next door to talk to Brian and Mercedes."

"Oh no you don't!" Nick said and grabbed her by the waist.

"What?"

"Every time that we are alone together, we get interrupted."

"Yeah, that's true."

"So for the first time since we have been going out, be alone and hopefully not worry about being interrupted."

"Nick, we will be home alone all day!"

"Not really. Brian and Mercedes will be up soon, and then we will have to worry about them."

"Not really. There are two houses!"

"I guess." Cassandra smiled and kissed Nick. She knew he was right, they didn't get the chance to really be alone since they had been going out. She kissed him harder and harder. He put his arms around her and pushed her to the floor.

"Ow! Nick!"

"Oops, sorry," Nick said trying not to laugh.

Mercedes awoke sometime after one. She looked over at Brian, now her fiancé. He looked so cute, and she could see that sight for a long time to come.

"Why did I ever put you through the hell that I did?" she started and rubbed her hands in Brian's hair. "It took me a little bit longer than you to realize this, but I do love you and want to marry you so much. I know you think I don't, but I do, more than I can say." She finished and got out of his bed. She didn't think he heard, but she was hoping he did. She left his room and went to the living room, and sat down on the leather couch. Brian was in shock. He never thought that Mercedes would say that she loved him that much. He walked out of the bedroom and saw Mercedes sitting there all by herself on the couch.

"Hey," he simply said to her.

"Huh?" she said. "Oh Brian, don't do that! You scared me!"

"Oh, I'm sorry Mercedes. I didn't mean to," Brian said to her and sat down next to her on the couch and gave her puppy dog eyes.

"That's not going to work," Mercedes said to Brian and gave him a smirk.

"What's not?" Brian asked, trying to look innocent.

"The puppy dog look."

"I gave you a puppy dog look?" Brian said trying to sound confused.

"You know you did, and you know what people who give me the puppy dog eyes get?"

"What?"

"This," she said and placed her lips to his. Brian returned the kiss, but a little more passionate then she had started. He pushed her lightly down on the couch and kissed her harder.

"I guess it's our turn to interrupt you guys," Nick said with a smile.

"Nick, go away!" Brian said and returned his lips to Mercedes'.

"We're going, chill! We were just coming over her so I can shower and change then we are going to the movies."

"What movie are you going to see?" Mercedes asked pulling away from Brian.

"Umm, I think 'City Of Angels.' But it's up to Cassandra," Nick said.

"Yeah I wanna see that," said Cassandra.

"Cass, how many times have you seen that movie?" Mercedes asked her.

"I dunno. Five or six times, why?"

"I dunno. I just thought you would wanna see something different."

"I like 'City Of Angels' though."

"Okay, chill! It's up to you! Maybe we will come."

"Huh?" Brian asked confused. He really didn't want to see the movie again. He kind of wanted to hang out today with Mercedes.

"Brian, do you want to go?" Mercedes asked him.

"Well, yeah, um, I guess so," he replied.

"You know Cass, I don't think that we'll go," said Mercedes.

"Really?" Brian said a little to enthusiastic. "I mean, are you sure?" Mercedes eyed him.

"Yeah, I'm sure."

"Okay then. I'll take a shower and I'll be over in five minutes Cass. Okay?" said Nick.

"Yeah that's fine. I'll be over at my house!" said Cassandra. "Are you coming too, Mercedes?"

"No, I think I'm going to hang out here," she said smiling at Brian. "I am engaged you know."

"What?" said Cassandra wide eyed.

"Yup."

"Oh my God!" Cassandra screamed and hugged Mercedes. "Congrads! Sorry Brian. Congrads to both of you!"

"Thanks!" said Mercedes.

"Yeah guys! That's awesome!" said Nick.

"I gotta run, but we'll talk later," said Cassandra turning for the door.

"Hello? Did you forget something?" Nick asked Cassandra.

"No, what?" Cassandra looked at Nick confused.

"You forgot my kiss," Nick whined and kissed Cassandra.

"Aww, they're so cute!" Mercedes said to Brian.

"Yeah I guess they are," said Brian.

"Hey Cass, I thought you were leaving?" said Mercedes to Cassandra who was still kissing to Nick.

"Yeah I'm going," she said prying herself away from Nick. Nick and Cassandra looked at each other for a second, then Nick ran down the hall and Cassandra ran out the door.

"Okay then," Mercedes said to Brian.

Five minutes later, Nick ran down the hall and towards the door.

"Bye!" he yelled as he ran out the door and slammed it behind him. He ran across the lawn and into Cassandra's house. She was just coming down the stairs. "You look great, love the hair!" Nick said to her.

"Thank you. Good, you're wearing your hair the way I love it," she said to him. He had his hair slicked back and her hair was in a high pony tail that fell in the front, and curled. He slowly walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her waist. He kissed her lips, her chin, and let his lips roam down her neck. He bent down and picked her up in his arms. "Nick-" she started. He brought her upstairs and into her room. "Nick, where are we going? We are going to miss the movie." He gently laid her down on her bed and kissed her once more.

"We can always make the later show," he said with a diabolic grin. He bent down and kissed her hard.

When he started to kiss down her neck, she said, "Yeah I guess you're right. But that only gives us about two hours."

"So?" he said putting his hands up her shirt.

"Oh nothing," she said kissing him.

"I can't believe she talked him in to seeing that movie," Mercedes said to Brian, but he only looked at her. "What?" she asked him.

"Oh nothing. Just thinking about us."

"What about us?"

"How we're so perfect for each other."

"Yes, I know that," said Mercedes smiling.

"And that the more that I think about you-"

"Yes?"

"The more I love you."

"You do?"

"Yes," Brian said smiling. Mercedes thought for a minute.

"Brian?"

"Yeah?"

"I feel the same way."

"You do?"

"Yes, and I mean it," Mercedes said and kissed him. Brian lightly pushed her down on the couch. He suddenly stood up and picked her up in his arms. "Where are we going?" she asked him, laughing. Brian smiled.

"My room."

"Oh," she said and Brian brought her upstairs. He carried her through his room, stepping over a lot of stuff, and coming close to falling a couple of times. Mercedes laughed everytime he did.

"You won't be laughing if I trip and drop you!" She stopped laughing, and smiling at her, he laid her on his bed. He kissed her gently on her mouth. While he slowly undid her shirt, she undid his pants.

Soon, both their shirts and pants were on the floor, and they were both barely in their underwear. Their hearts were both pounding hard.

"This is it," Mercedes thought as Brian entered her.

"Finally, we're here," A.J. said after being in the car for over two hours.

"It wouldn't have been that bad if you didn't complain the whole time!" Isabella scolded.

"Sorry, who's dumb idea was it to come all the way down to Springer beach anyway? We could have probably just gone up to the beach at Andrew's house, it's just as nice there."

"It was my idea A.J., and I wanted to get away from that beach and that area," Nicole said turning around to face A.J. and giving him a dirty look.

"Oops! Sorry Nicole. I thought it was another one of Kevin's stupid ideas," A.J. said.

"Hey! I do not have bad ideas!" protested Kevin.

"Yeah, but you don't have any good ideas either!" said A.J. and Nicole and Isabella laughed.

"You think he's funny?" Kevin asked them.

"He's amusing," Nicole said giving Kevin a smile.

"Well, it's better than saying I'm not funny!" A.J. said from the back.

"Well, I think you're funny," said Isabella and kissed him.

"Yeah, funny looking!" said Nicole.

"Very funny!" said A.J.

"Yes, you are!"

"Come on, let's get out of the car and go over to the beach area," said Kevin and got out of the car and walked over to Howie's car.

"Can I have two for 'City Of Angels' please?" Nick said to the girl behind the ticket counter. She handed him two tickets.

"That's ten dollars please," the lady said. Nick pulled out a ten dollar bill and paid the lady.

"Thank you," he said. The two of them walked into the lobby.

"You didn't have to pay for me," Cassandra said to Nick.

"I wanted to," he said.

"Well in that case, thank you."

"You hungry?"

"No."

"Me neither." He put his hand in hers and they walked into the theater. The theater was stadium seated, so he followed her up to the top row and sat next to her in the middle. When the lights went down, Nick leaned over and kissed her neck.

"I can't believe that I pulled you away long enough to drive down here!" she said.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"You know what I mean."

"Uh, yeah, I know what you mean," he said and kissed her cheek.

"I bet that you can't go ten minutes without touching me."

"Really?

"Yup. Just watching the movie for ten minutes."

"Is it a bet?"

"Yup."

"What do I win?"

"I'll think of something."

"You're on," he said and turned his attention to the movie.

About two minutes into it, he turned to her and asked, "Can I atleast put my arm around you?" She smiled to herself. She bit her lip trying not to laugh.

"Nope." She said. He let out a loud sigh and turned back to the movie.

Three minutes later, he turned to her again.

"Cass?"

"Yeah?" she said.

"You win!" he said. He wrapped both arms around her and kissed her hard on the lips.

Laughing she said, "I knew you couldn't handle it."

"How did you know?" he asked trying to sound confused.

"Well I had to pry you off long enough to bring you here, and we are sitting alone up here in a dark theater."

"Oh," he said and pulled her closer. "So how many times have you seen this movie?"

"I think that this will make it, seven."

"Why have you seen this so many times?"

"Because I love it!"

"Oh."

"What?"

"Nothing," he said laughing.

"No come on, what?"

"Nothing."

"Fine."

"It's just that I can't believe that I couldn't go ten minutes without touching you."

"Is that a bad thing?"

"I don't know."

"I think it means that you're in love. Or just majorly obsessed."

"Maybe," he said with a smirk. She folded her hands in her lap and leaned against him.

"Nick?" she whispered.

"Yeah?" he whispered back.

"I love you."

"I love you, too," he said and they both turned back to the movie.

At the beach, Isabella and A.J. were flirting like there was no tomorrow, and Emalia tried her best to try and get away from the people that she had totally forgotten.

"Emalia, what's wrong?" Kevin asked her. She sneered at him and turned her head, but couldn't find anything to say to him, other than,

"If you don't know, then I'm not going to tell you," and then walked away.

"Oh God, what is wrong with her?" Kevin said to the sky, tears welling up in his eyes. "Cass can't be right. Maybe Emalia just really doesn't love me anymore. Or could Cass be right? Nah, couldn't be."

"I love that movie!" said Cassandra to Nick in the car on the way home.

"You've only seen it seven times!" he said.

"Oh well," she said yawning.

It took them about two minutes to drive to Nick's house. When he looked at Cassandra, she was sound asleep. He got out and picked her up out of the car. He carried her inside and up to his room. He laid her down on his bed, trying not to wake her up, but she did.

"Hey," she said to him.

"You fell asleep."

"Oh. Do you mind if I take a shower?" He shook his head. She got up out of the bed and went over to the drawer and saw a bunch of t-shirts hanging out of a drawer. "This isn't my house is it?" He laughed.

"No, sorry. I didn't want to wake you up and there isn't anyone at your house. I didn't want to leave you alone." She smiled at him, and left the room. Nick picked up a book, and sat in a chair and started to read.

When she had taken a shower, she casually walked back into Nick's room in a towel, thinking that Nick probably wasn't in there. She gasped when she saw him reading in the chair.

"Oh, I didn't think you were still in here," she said sitting down on his bed.

"Sorry," he said and smiled. She closed her eyes, and within a minute, she was asleep, again. He got up and laid her down on the bed, putting a blanket over her. He went back to his chair, but he soon fell asleep, too.

"Come on A.J., can't keep up?" Isabella laughed. Her and A.J. had decided to go roller blading on the board walk, and she was skating a lot faster than he was.

"You're skating like a maniac!"

"Well, maybe I'm good and you're just slow," Isabella said, and took a sip of her soda.

"Can I get a sip of that?" he said skating over to her.

"No, you finished yours!"

"Please," he said and gave her the puppy face.

"Yeah, here," she said and smiled at him. A.J. took a sip, and gave it back to Isabella. "Gee thanks A.J., you left me so much," she said shaking the ice that was left.

"Oh be quiet, I'll buy you another one later."

"You better," she said skated closer to him and smiled.

"What are you smiling at?" he asked. Isabella wrapped her arms around him. "Oh," was all he said and he pulled her in close and kissed her deeply. Isabella pulled away and started skating.

"Now try to keep up this time A.J.!" she called out to him.

"Very funny Bell!" he called back. The two skated back over to the blanket that had the other seven on it. Isabella walked across the sand and just missed stepping on Howie.

"Thanks, Isabella. I always love sand on me when I am sun bathing."

"Sorry Howie, but at least I didn't step on you," she said and smiled at him. Howie smiled, but then shook his head. "Hey Nicole, let me have some of your Iced tea. Someone finished my root beer!" Isabella to Nicole, but looked over at A.J.

"Hey, I said that I would buy you another drink later!" Nicole laughed.

"Here Bella, it's nasty anyway."

"Thanks," Isabella said and walked over to Nicole, kicking sand on Howie again.

"Isabella!" Howie yelled out.

"What?" she asked and took a sip of the Iced tea. "Yuck! This is nasty."

"Isabella, you kicked sand on me again."

"Sorry!" she said rudely.

"Oh yeah, you sound like you mean it!"

"Well I do!" Isabella said and walked back over to where A.J. was, taking the iced tea with her, and again kicking sand on Howie.

"Isabella come on! Now you're doing it on purpose!"

"I did not!"

"Whatever."

"What you don't believe me?"

"Nope."

"I hate you."

"You do not."

"Yes I do."

"Okay, prove it."

"Okay I will," Isabella said, and walked over to Howie and lifted her foot.

"You kick sand on me, I will throw you in the water."

"I'd like to see you try!" she said and kicked sand on Howie.

"That's it, you're dead!" he called out and jumped off his blanket, and picked her up.

"Howie put me down!" she yelled.

"Nope, I told you I was going to throw you in the water!"

"Put me down, this isn't funny!"

"Nope, I told you I was going to."

"A.J., help me!" she called.

"Okay, Howie, throw her in that dark blue spot. I think it's sea weed."

"A.J.!"

"What? You said help!"

"Yeah, help me, not Howie!"

"Oops, sorry sweetie."

"Howie please put me down!" she screeched as they got closer to the water. Howie saw the look of fear in her face.

"Okay I will, but only if you promise not to kick any more sand on me."

"Okay Howie, I promise. Just please put me down." Howie put her down on the wet sand, and started walking away. "Um, Howie? One prob."

"Yes?"

"I can't move my skates in the wet sand!" Howie laughed and gently picked her up by her waist and put her down on the dry sand.

"Better?"

"Much."

"Good," he said and walked up to his blanket. Isabella walked back after him. She went over to the blanket that her and A.J. were sharing. She sat down and took off her skates. After that, she stood back up and took off her shorts that were covering her bathing suit bottom. She had been skating in her jean shorts and her bikini top.

"Jerk!" she yelled at A.J. and threw her shorts at him.

"What?" he asked confused, then added, "Hey, throw something else at me-"

"You were gonna let Howie throw me in!"

"Bell, it's Howie. Sweet D. He would never have thrown you in!"

"Why should I believe that?" she said and went over to him, and pined him down.

"You know Isabella, I like this position," he said and turned her over, so that he was on top of her, instead of her being on top of him. "But I like this one better." Isabella gave him a weird look.

"And just what do you think you're doing?"

"I am gonna keep you like this, till you tell me you're not mad."

"I'm not mad."

"Prove it," he said and pressed his body harder to hers. She could feel his breath on her. Isabella smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck, and kissed him deeply. She moved her lips from his and moved them on his neck. She kissed him on his neck, and gave him little nibbles while she kissed him. After a few more seconds of kissing his neck, she moved her lips back to his and he kissed her harder.

"Get a room!" Kevin called to them.

"Shut up Kevin!" Isabella yelled.

"You're being gross, and there are kids on this beach!"

"Okay, chill Kevin!" A.J. called and pulled away from Isabella.

"Aww nuts!" Isabella said. "It was just getting good!"

When the rest of the group finally made it back at seven thirty that evening from the beach, Isabella was the first one to run upstairs to the shower. She grabbed another shirt from her room, and ran into the bathroom before someone else could take it.

She had been about five minutes in the shower, when she heard someone open the door.

"Hello?" she called.

"Isabella?" A.J.'s voice came back.

"A.J.? What are you doing in here?"

"Oh nothing. Do you mind if I stay?"

"I don't know A.J. Do you promise not to try anything?"

"I promise. Can I stay?"

"Sure, I guess. What's on your mind?"

"Well-"

"What?" she asked.

"Why did you break up with that Austin kid?" Isabella stood absolutely still.

"Why?"

"I'm just asking. That day when I thought he was your boyfriend, really scared me."

"Oh."

"Did you love him?"

"What?" She was so surprised, she dropped the soap. "No!"

"Why not? Why did you break up?" A.J. pressed. Isabella hesitated. A.J. could hear the water dripping off of her.

"Because I didn't think it would work out."

"Is that true?"

"A.J. why?" He sighed.

"Because I want to know you better."

"Okay, yes, it's true. He forced himself on me."

"Did he rape you?" A.J. asked concerned.

"No, I got away from him before that." A.J. heard her sniffing.

"Are you crying?" he asked.

"No," she lied, but her voice gave her away. She turned off the shower, and he saw her lean against the rippled shower door. Without thinking, he handed her a towel over the door.

"Nice body," he said. She swatted at him as she got out of the shower.

"You weren't supposed to look."

"I didn't, really," he said truthfully. She smiled at him and he hugged her. "Please don't cry."

"A.J., I didn't know what to do! He was just so much bigger than me and-" She was overtaken by sobs.

"Don't cry."

"I should change."

When the group had gotten settled downstairs, Emalia was looking for Cassandra.

"That whore must be over at her boyfriend's house," she thought. She put on a fake smile and routine. "Hey Kevy, will you take me over to your house? I really need to talk to Cass."

"How do you know she's over my house?"

"Because she's not over here!"

"Oh, okay. Sure." They both headed to the door. Kevin tried to grab Emalia's hand, but she pulled it away. They walked into the house, and headed upstairs to Nick's room. When they opened the door, Kevin held Emalia back. She saw Cassandra asleep on the bed and Nick asleep in the chair.

"I don't know why I hate her. But no matter how much I hate her, I have to admit, that's so cute," she thought to herself.

"We really shouldn't wake them up," whispered Kevin.

"Oh, well, I really need to talk to her-"

"I'm sure that it can wait." They both turned around and headed back down the stairs.

"In that case, I'm going to head over to a friend's house. I guess I'll see ya later," she said smiling at him, then walked out the door. Kevin slumped over on the couch and turned the television on.

When Cassandra woke up, she felt clammy then realised she was still in a towel. She got up and went over to Nick's dresser and pulled out a forest green shirt. Making sure that he was asleep, she put on her underwear and his shirt. She went over to him and woke him up.

"Hey babe. Can't move?" she said to him.

"Hmm, what? No, not really," he said trying to get up. She flung his arm around her shoulder and walked him over to his bed and laid him down. "How long was I out for?"

"Oh, about as long as I was."

"Um, okay. Hey that shirt looks familiar," he said. She laughed.

"It should, it's yours! I'm sorry, you don't mind do you?"

"No."

"Good," she said laying down next to him. He put his arm around her, and they both fell asleep, again.
