The Busy Toastmaster's Guide to Club Success
Beth Boaz, DTM
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR

BETH BOAZ
Introduction
All of us are busy people. We have families, jobs, and other activities. We don't have time to develop, execute, and track complicated plans to make our Toastmasters Clubs successful. Good news: Toastmasters International has recognized this, and simplified the Distinguished Club Program and Club Success Plan.

International Director Beth Boaz is proud to have helped to develop the simplified program while serving on the Board of Directors. A busy person herself, Beth beliefs that the new program helps Clubs focus on what's most important.

Beth experienced the power of focus during her year as District 26 Governor in 1995 - 96. By focusing on four critical success factors, she led District 26 to achieve its dream of being Distinguished, and they finished number 14 in the world.
A Toastmaster for 17 years, she is a member of the Loveland Sweet Talkers club in Loveland, Colorado. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster, a past District 26 Toastmaster of the Year, and a two-time District Evaluation Contest winner.
