District 3's 1999 Spring Conference 
First Timers Award winners were:

First Place - Donna Edwards, Speaking First

Second Place - Rebecca Wynn, Western Sages

Third Place - Mike Enriquez, T-Bird Talks

Donna Edwards accepts 1st Place award as the winning first timer.
 

District 3 conducts an ice-breaker type program for Toastmasters attending their first conference called the "First Timers Contest."

First time attendees who sign up for the contest are provided  a "signature sheet" which is used to gain the signatures of the Toastmasters they meet at the conference. 

The first place winner becomes the Contest Chairperson for the following Conference.
