Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year Presentation

The District 3 Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year Program presentation can be viewed on the web.

Choice #1: Slide Presentation
The first page is an idex. Click on "beginning" or an individual slide link. Forward and Back arrows provide navigation through the presentation. Slides are approx. 20K. On a 28.8k modem it may not be fast, but its not too bad. On a 56K or higher, it is much better.

Choice #2: Animated Presentation
Multi-media elements of each page are activated with the click of a mouse, as you control page by page advancement through the presentation. Microsoft I.E. plays the presentation with an ActiveX control. The first time the file is accessed, it downloads the file in about 10-12 minutes (at 28.8-44.bps), then plays instantly thereafter. Netscape requires a free plug-in (link included) which can be download and installed in a few minutes. Once installed, it downloads the presentation for viewing. Download times depends on your modem connection speed.
