Open House at Media Masters
Speakers, Evaluaors, visiting Toastmasters Needed

Media Masters is having an Open House on Wednesday, July 19 from noon to 1pm. There will be sandwiches, soda and snacks, officer induction, and lots of fun!

We meet at The Arizona Republic, 200 E. Van Buren, Phoenix. Parking is available immediately north of the building in the open lot and parking will be validated.

Our club has been losing members because of employees moving away, etc.  Our membership roster says 12 members but at some meetings we only have 4 or 5 in attendance.

Now, however, we have taken a positive stand and have planned open houses, briefings, fliers, etc., etc., etc.   We have a dynamic new slate of officers -- four of whom attended TLI.

To help us, we need actual Toasties at the meetings, rather than just a few members. In this way, guests will have a better impression and will be more apt to join.

So please come one and all -- especially to our Open House but also to any future meetings that you could attend.  We are hoping to have passed this immediate hurdle by mid-September. We want to be back to 20+ members.

Please either e-mail me or call in the afternoons at work
    (602-444-8168).

We need speakers. We need evaluators.  We need functionaries of all sorts. Please help us so that we don't lose our club.  Tell any other Toastmasters that might be able to help out on Wednesdays at noon. This is an open invitation (and plea) to all of you to help us gain members and regain our club.

    We appreciate your support!
