This presentation is designed to help you become a better listener.
It's not enough just to listen; we must listen in the right way - with
the right motivation and attitude. This session will help you improve the
skill of listening, a skill that you can use in your day-to-day activity
in your working environment, in your community and in your home.

Description of Speech:
This session is designed to ensure that you understand what to expect
from teams and what team members can expect from each other. Learn to identify
what is and what is not a team project, how to select the right team members,
how to nurture team members, define roles and build a team identity.
