He has over thirty years of Organization Development and Human Resources management and consulting experience. He is the founder of the Quantum Performance Institute. The focus of the institute is helping businesses to be successful through developing the leadership abilities of their workforce at every level and creating a corporate culture that ignites the spirit of their employees to be both productive and personally satisfied. The firm under Dr. Bob's leadership is committed to being of service to our community and in particular to the youth organizations and school systems.
