1999 July Jubilee Celebration

"Power of Dreams" headlined District 3's July Jubilee held Saturday evening, July 31, at Milano's Restaurant in the San Carlos Hotel, downtown Phoenix.

The annual event celebrates and honors those who share their time and success for Toastmasters.

In addition to recognizing the contributions of District 3's leadership (top officers, Division and Area Governors, and Committee Chairs, and installing the incoming officers, four major Awards are announced.
