The Five People You Meet In Heaven

Written by Mitch Album

Reviewed by Mary Young

The author of "Tuesdays With Morrie" explores more meaning-of-life issues in this short novel. Based on his own uncle, it's the story of a man who labored his whole life as a maintenance man in an amusement park. He is killed in an accident on one of the rides and goes to heaven. On earth he had been feeling as though his life meant nothing and he left no legacy. His goals and dreams were unfulfilled. But the five people he meets in heaven explain that no life is without meaning or purpose. They explain the major events and tragedies of his life and show him out each contributed to the life that fulfilled many purposes. If you're wondering what it's all about, this will help.
