Cut up your cheese & put it in a crockpot. To this add the can of Rotel's or salsa. In a skillet, brown hamburger. Add hamburger to crockpot, set on high, but check it now and again & stir it to make sure it is not burning.
Once the cheese is melting, turn it to low till completely melted, stirring occasionally.
Now all you need is chips and it's munch time...
I use a crockpot for this as it is good for potlucks at work, parties, etc..but you are more than welcome to use a saucepan or fondue pot...but it's my recipe so I decided to give instructions for using a crockpot...Happy eating!
