We are a consultancy with DIRECT ACCESS to: an established, authorized and performing TRADER capable of securing participation in the Bank Secured Trading Programs for which he trades; and DIRECT COMMITMENT HOLDERS with available allocation capable of "providing" bank debentures on a discounted basis to qualified entities. Qualified Entities (governmental, quasi-governmental & private) with large dollar holdings (ten million minimum) and commitment holders with unblemished standing will be directly introduced.
