as you saw in The 'Start' of any webpage 'Title' and 'Head' are two of the main basics of any webpage, whatever you type inbetween <TITLE> and </TITLE> for example places that text into the task bar button on the bottom of the screen (For Windows), and for the <HEAD> and </HEAD> tags it paces the text up the top of the brouser window as the document name.
