Conflict |
"in the venue" CD | almost a full 70 minute long CD of material from Conflict, recorded live at the Venue in London in 1994. Sound quality is really good and they play all the old favorites like "from protest to resistance", "the serenade is dead", "increase the pressure", "the ungovernable force", along with some of the newer songs like "climbing the stairs" and others. | $4 |
Conflict |
"now you've put your foot in it" CDEP | the newest release from Conflict featuring 2 new songs, one of which deals with Foot and Mouth Disease and the other about the need for activism and resistance to occur on all levels. Sound wise this takes the same styles of older Conflict material and adds a bit of a more Crass type style to it as well. The Cd includes a fold out insert with lyrics and information as well as a bunch of full color photos from the WTO and from the Foot and Mouth Disease "clean up" in Europe. | $4 |
Coprofilia | "ten years for what? a documentary history" CD | a 23 song discography CD documenting the last 10 years of Coprofilia's existance, including songs from demos. 7"s, some new songs, as well as some lost material. Includes a big booklet with lyrics in both Spanish and English. Musically Coprofilia is solid punk rock that mixes in elements of thrash with extremely political lyrics covering tons of issues belted out by angry vocals. This is a 100% DIY release and is an awesome documentation of this band's history. | $7 |
Discordia | "deteriorarse" CD" | political crust from Tijuana, Mexico with a strong anti-militarism stance. The music is really catchy and fast with strong, deep vocals belting out the lyrics (which are in Spanish). 17 songs in all and almost 40 minutes long! awesome! | $4 |
Divide + Conquer | "bike punx" CD | a discography CD from this upbeat punk band featuring members of Oi Polloi and Blownapart Bastards. This is a 28 song CD featuring songs from Divide + Conquer's "the need to amputate" 7" (originally released on Ginger Liberation in 1998), "cop corpse bonfire" 7" (originally released on Ginger Liberation in 1997), and their part of the Sanjam Split International Comp (originally released on Sanjam Records in 1997). Includes a nice fold out inlay with all the lyrics and various other info packaged up in a jewelcase. | $8 |
Harum Scarum | "mental health" CD | This CD is sheer brilliance! I can't even begin to describe their sound because it is truly uncomparable to anyone. what you get here is 14 tracks of amazing punk rock with alternating female vocals that cover a ton of political issues (hunting, systematic death, the manipulation of youth by those in positions of power, plus lots more!) in a very down to earth and real-life way. There is also a spoken word piece on here from Mark Bruback as well. The CD includes a large booklet with lyrics, song explinations, and artwork, as well as a really nice vinyl sticker. Simply amazing! | *TEMP. OUT OF STOCK* |
Kidnap | "79-85" dicography CD | a full discography by this influential French anarchopunk band. This CD has 23 tracks, compiling all their compilation tracks (many of which are extremely rare), as well as their tracks from he near impossible to find 7" on Chaos Productions as well as the equally rare Ripost Compilation 7". In addition to that, this CD also contains tracks from their never before heard studio demos from when Kidnap went by the name Radiation. This also includes another previously unreleased Kidnap song as well. If you're into early 80's anarcho/street punk stuff then this is definitely something that you should check out! | $8 |
Migra Violenta |
"hc crust" CD | oh man does this rule! a full on attack of political hc thrash from Argentina with a huge amount of intensity. At point this reminds me of Los Crudos, especially the vocal work. This CD comes with a nice booklet with lyrics in both Spanish and English translations covering issues such as police violence, xenophobia, globalization, land theft and much more. This CD also includes a multimedia video of Migra Violenta playing live that you can play on your computer. To say that this is an inspirational release would be an understatement! | $8 |
Misery/ Extinction of Mankind | split CD | This was a long time in the making and is everything that it was anticipated to be. Misery lay down more of their Amebix style crust with slow and haunting music that rages at just the right times. If you've liked their previous material then you will be extremely happy with this. Extinctin of Mankind deliver on their material as well, with the dirgy hardcore style that they have played in the past that draws influence from bands like Antisect and Amebix and adds its own flair to it. This is such an appropriate pairing of two bands from opposite ends of the globe. | $8 |
Mushroom Attack | "the fight goes on" Discography CD | a 23 song discography CD from this great anarchopunk band from this Holland that existed from 1989 - 1992. This CD contains all their studio recordings of this now defunct band. Including the 2 split LP's, compilation tracks and the previously unreleased "No therapy". Musically this is amazing, with alternating female/male vocals and some really well done music that is backed up by awesome lyrics covering a ton of political issues. Another great release from Witchhunt Records that I can't stop listening to! | $8 |
Remains of the Day | "an underlying frequency" CD | This is a VERY impressive second release from this Portland based band. If you got their self released 7" a while back then you know how good this band is. Somehow, on this new release, they've gotten even better. The music is tight as can be and packs such an intensity that I can't even begin to describe it. They've also added a violin player as well which adds an amazingly erie element to the songs. I can see similarities to some bands such as Born Dead Icons and From Ashes Rise, but this still keeps its own style as well and delivers itself in such a moving way. The CD also includes all the tracks from their self released 7" as well. | $8 |
Riot/Clone | "do you want fries with that" CD | the newest release by this long running anarchopunk band from the U.K. that far surpasses all their other material to date. This Cd pulls no punches, with every song pertaining to the animal liberation movement and the need for action instead of talk…it is sheer brilliance. Musically, if you're into bands like early Rudimentary Peni or the System, then you will definitely want to check Riot/Clone out. I think that this release goes well beyond being just good music though, having a very well thought out message backed by solid information and a sincerity that a lot of modern day release seem to lack. | *TEMP.
