you to becom Darktooth - Sorry Guys!
BUT.....
the code below is for the gameshark, we have not tested it and the reader who submitted it advised us that his machine
crashes quite often when using it - you have been warned....
The Gameshark code for allowing play as Dark Tooth is 8003434A 0E0E... (there is no letter O... those are zeros... its
Real touchy... you have to have it on the helicopter view to control it... and it will crash from time to time... The game just
wasnt meant to allow play as Dark Tooth.

TWISTED METAL 2 - BEAT Dark Tooth
I don't know of an invinsible code but here is the best way that I have
found to kill him:
1. Wait at corner with full special attack bar.
2. When he comes freeze him.
3. Fire napalm at the head.
4. Shoot 2 power missiles(quickly).
5. Freeze again fire napalm.
6. Go in reverse and fire homing missiles at him.
The easiest way to beat darktooth:
I have found a really easy way to beat Darktooth. I have beat him with
every single except for Minion and
Sweet Tooth. I'm sure this would work for them too. First use a password
to get to Darktooth.When you start
out, try to get up into the subway. When you do, pick up all the
powerups you can. Darktooth should go up after
you. Keep going through dodging the bombs, until he is really
close on your radar. Get your napalm ready.
Move forward. When you see him, Do Minion's special(up,down,up,
up,machine gun) to take off massive
damage. Fire the napalm at him, then unload with everything.
Then run and get a medi-kit, preferbly the one
inside the Buddha statue. Get the medi-kit and,(if you have a
fast person) circle around the BOTTOM edge to
get power-ups. Also get the lightnings.Stay on the farthest
outside edge until he comes. use your lightnings then
run and wait for him to come to you. By now you should have a
good deal of weapons. Keep your distance.
When he comes barraling around the corner, hit him with Minion's
special,(exactly like in the subway) And
again unload. Be sure to get out of there in enough time to give y
ou a big head start. Go get a med. He should
be pretty low.Just repeat the last method again and he should be
dead. The Last method works GREAT against
his HEAD!! (You will most likely die using this, and it does take
time to learn, but it's worth it when you learn
it!)

Go up into the upper level of hong kong........you then
transport yourself to the Upper level
(platform area).....once there you use turbo to jump over
onto the ledge That goes around the
room above the floor.......here you can sit on top of one
of the Four raised sections along the
ledge........once there go nuts with anything you Got.....
there are lots of things you can pick up
while your up there including a health Pack.......also lots
of his weapons will miss you and he can't
use that crazy bomb thing On you...i have beat him several
times but only using minion.........it
works really well try it.

I find the easiest way of beating Dark Tooth is by going
into the dead end with an
overpass and place a remote bomb befor the overpass.
Go on the ramp of the
overpass on the other side of the subway and fire
napalms into the air and homing
missles (if Dark Tooth stats attacking you put on
your shield and turbo off the ramp)

Totaly Twisted:
1.In Los Angeles destroy the Hollywood sign by firing a couuple
missiles at it.
2.In Moscow fire napalms at the signs and watch them burn.Set a
remote bomb on any of the bridges and detonate you can
do this to all of them.Destroy the power generator by driving out
on one of the bridges and fire a napalm this will disable the
use of lightning.
3.In Paris set a remote bomb in the tower and detonate this will
give you access to the rooftops. In the art gallery you can
burn the three pictures by firing napalms at them.
4.In Arizona I've found the only thing you can destroy are the
statues that lead you under ground.
5.In New York strip,shrink and trash the Statue of Liberety
simply by firing anything at it.
6.In Antarctica you can destroy ahh? never mind everything goes
under.
7.In Holland crumble the wind-mills by firing anything at them,
but you may want to leave them ther because they are a good
supply of ammo and health.
8.IN Hong Kong the only thing I can find that is trashable are
the subway trains.
9.I find the best way to kill Darktooth is to gain as much ammo
as you possibly can and go into a dead-end street that has a
subway bridge just before the dead-end Darktooth will rarely follow
you and you can shoot at him as he drives back and forth
in front of you he also never fires anything at you.

Axel Help:
This is strategy to kill any small car quickly with Axel. When a
car is at least an esimated 10 feet in front of you, aim at the
car, and hit the turbo button. Then, about the same time you hit
the car,use your special.If you do this right, the car should fly
in front of you so you can repeat this procedure. With a car like
roadkill, doing this just to times should kill him.Remember, the
car shouldn't be as big as Mr. Slam of Hammerhead. If you do this
on them, both the vehicles go flying through the air. I call
this the hit 'n' fly.

Remote Heaven:
When in Antarctica doing a tournament, when the ice chunk begins to
fall. push turbo, and a secret cave filled with Remote
Bombs will appear. A message saying "Remote Heaven." will appear and
you can then transport back to the top.
Easy Roof-Top:
heres an easy way to kill off your enemys ion the roof top board. 1)
get all the rolling ball bombs you can find. 2) go to the 2
story parking lot looking thing in the middle of the stage, and go to
the bottom story. 3) turn around and face the ramp. 4) wait
for victoms to come down the ramp and use the rolling ball bombs to
blow them over the side and fall to their doom.
Easy Paris:
heres another easy kill for the paris board. 1) blow open the hidden
passageway that leads into the mona lisa room adjecent
the iffle tower. 2) go through the teleporter to the top level. 3)
back up to the wall and go into the corner on the right. 4) wait
for victoms to teleport and give them what you got. the enemys will
just drive off the ledge. no matter what they do they cant
hurt you. their too stupid. the only exeption is outlaw, twister, and
spectur cause their specials can still get you. this is also fun
with 2 players, one in one corner and one in the other, or on a building
across the street.

Easy Amazonia
I find the easiest way to beat all the cars on the AMAZONIA stage is
to get alot of homing missles and ricochet bombs and
go up the ramp to the top of the building and put it at the sky view
and you can see the whole stage and shoot the homing
missles at anyone who is visible and shoot the ricochet bombs down the
ramp at anyone who tries to come up. TIP

To fire Minion's special with any car:
This will allow any vehicle to use Minion's special weapon. It drains

Hong Kong Subway Cars:
on the subway cars in Hong Kong there is a code.....Down, Left, R1,
Down, which is the same a the code to get to the old
rooftops, with an exception. the rooftops code is D, R, R1, D. Even
though they are different codes, they still work for the
same thing. Kind of wierd huh?

In Hong Kong if you pick up a Remote Bomb, then you hop onto the top
of the train, you can add 4-5 bombs to your list. The
bomb has to be your weapon that you are ready to fire on your list.
After you get as many as possible, exit the subway. In
about two minutes you can do it again.

Sell Your Soul
This is a combo attack that can be used with any vehicle: DOWN-UP-RIGHT-LEFT-UP-UP-DOWN-DOWN This code,
once entered, erases all current weaponry (except for machine guns)
and presents the words "Sell Your Soul" at the top of
the screen. HOWEVER...every weapon you acquire after entering the
code--including special weapons--will inflict TWICE
THE DAMAGE. For example, Two hits from Mr. Grimm's Screaming Soul
attack, once enhanced by the code, will take an
enemy's full health deep in the yellow

press down, left, r1, down when selecting the level in a challenge match.2: d! uring the game you may press right, down, left,
up to become invisible.3: When you are on the Level 3 (paris) warp to the top of the eiffel tower and set a remote bomb.

HOMING NAPLALMS WITH EXTREME RANGE AND DAMAGE:
As you may be aware, the napalm homes alittle at present. But if you keep your original napalm and pick up one (which gives
you two more) and have a total of 3, find a secluded spot and hide. Fire one napalm and HOLD THE FIRE BUTTON
DOWN AS YOU HIT IT. With the fire button held in, enter the following code: UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, LEFT,
RIGHT, RIGHT. This doesnt have to be entered super fast, but if entered correctly, you get 12 napalms and they all have
excellent homing ability and extreme range. If you dont get it on the first try DONT LET GO OF THE FIRE BUTTON,
keep trying (I have gotten this to work after four or five tries!) The homing napalm will now work on every nnapalm you fire
until you shut the machine off. You can even use the RIGHT, LEFT, UP napalm to do it. (sorry the bonus of 10 napalms only
happens once!) Each napalm will shoot up in the air and then home in on the nearest target. In a two player match one time
in Paris, I was near the Eiffel tower and my friend was in top of the art gallery, he fired two napalms and I KID YOU NOT,
I watched them from my position fly past my screen and TAKE OUT axle in the tower. This is perhaps the coolest cheat Ive
seen! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Beating Dark Tooth:
Never mind those losers who wrote in to lie about their crap methods
for beating Dark Tooth.The easiest way to beat the
boss is to retreat into the temple and hide in one of the four corners.
You get hit once or twice so get ready to use your shield
( up up right).It works with everyone including Minion and Sweet Tooth
(Dark Tooth's son).Hopefully this hint will be helpful

The following two "advanced attacks" only work when you are without
ammo (if you have ammo, they will simply fire your
selected weapon backwards): Backwards Freeze = L,R,D,L,R,U Backwards
Napalm = L,R,D,R,L,U Note on the 'Sell Your
Soul' code mentioned earlier (D,U,R,L,U,U,D,D): This does indeed trade
all the weapons you currently carry for health.
However, the more weapons you have when you use the code, the more
health you get (I have gotten very good at doing this
while driving (that is, running away :). If you are attempting
something tricky (like getting thru Sweet Tooth's tourney, for
ex.), this code can really save your arse--a fully loaded weapons
bay can bring your health from red all the way to barely
green, or from almost no visible health to yellow. Also, the Mona
Lisa Code (U,D,L1,R1) DOES INDEED WORK when
entered at the Single Trac logo screen. It's glitchy, and it often
stops in the middle of the clip, but when it works correctly it
plays what appears to be Sweet Tooth's ending(?) all the way through
(an easier way to see it than attempting Sweet Tooth's
no-password tournament, at least with the lack of success I've been
having). The key seems to be in the timing--I've had the
most success getting the code to work somewhere around the moment
(or maybe just a fraction after) when the Single Trac
logo changes from its first "look" to its second version. --jeni
Here is a cheat for Twisted Metal 2 not mentioned in your cheat page.
It's not really a code but more of a cool trick. When
playing the Los Angeles level, drive over to the two tunnels and
jump onto the tunnel with the transporter. Turn on 'invincible'
and 'unlimited weapons' and aim your car toward the center of the
outer edge (where all of the burnt buildings are). Place a
bomb under you an detonate it. When you fly up into the air, press
turbo. If you do it right, you will be able to drive around all
of the burnt buildings. I found this one day when I accidently
shot a naplam at the area mentioned. I noticed that the naplam
whent to the other side of the fence instead of hitting that
invisible "barrier". I recommend using Twister because her car is
so light. Also, you can find the area without the barrier by
shooting off a homing naplam in that direction (homing because
they shoot higher). It's kind of a nice treat after you have
beaten the entire game! Randy Mills
I have some codes for Twisted Metal 2 in which I am sure you
DON'T have. They are the best codes for the game even
though there are already so many. It may seem crazy that there
are more codes for the game. But it's true. Here they are:
1. Invincibility While playing, press and hold the L1 and R1
buttons simultaneously. With these held, press Up, Down, Left,
Right, Right, Left, Down, Up.
2. Infinite Weapons While playing press and hold the L2 and R2
buttons simultaneously. With these held, press Up, Down,
Left, Right, Right, Left, Down, Up. This will also give you
infinite weapons and turbo.
3. Mega Guns While playing, press and hold the machine gun
button. With this held, press Up, Down, Left, Right, Right, Left,
Down, Up. Your old machine guns will now be "Mega Guns".
These do twice the damage as your old machine guns.
4. Homing Napalm While playing make sure you have at least
two or more napalms to start with. Highlight the napalm
weapon and hold the firing button (L2). With this held press Up,
Down, Down, Left, Left, Left, Right, Right. The napalms
will seek out your opponents like homing missiles! IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have already inserted the "Infinite Weapons"
code you will not have to worry about having two napalms even
though it says you have one. Notice that it says that on all of
the weapons.

No cheat, just good `ole common sense. After reading through the
plethora of ways to kill the
mighty Darktooth, I though it was about time to offer my idea.
After playing this game more
hours than is healthy for me, here we go! First of all, you're
in tournament mode, so why not
think ahead and prepare for the final confrontation. Over the
last couple of levels (not
including Hong Kong), why not collect plenty of remotes (3 or 4
should do the trick). When
you're taking care of the usual riff-raff in Hong Kong, there's
another 3 remotes to be
collected. By the time you finish everybody off, to face Darktooth,
the remotes might
regenerate and offer even easy shopping for the choice weapon.
As soon as Darktooth starts,
why not pick up the last 3 remotes (all weapons have been
replenished). HOW QUICK DO YOU WANT
TO KILL HIM? Drive into Darktooth with your shield on ( make sure
you've just switched on the
shield), and have remotes selected. Cos Darktooth is such a big lad,
you'll pretty much jam
underneath for a second or two. Thats all you need to release
as many remotes as you can. You
wouldn't believe how quick they explode. If you're smart then
attacking him with 8 remotes can
kill him in just under 2 seconds. Smart!! By the way, to have
an easy life on Antartica, why
not collect plenty of ricochet's and slip through the transporter
to the island. Turn around
and wait for the stupid fools to transport through. Let 'em have
it, and watch them fall.! BIG

I went through the page for Twisted Metal 2 and found that you did not
have this secret: In Los Angelos, you can jump over the fence into and
unlimited battle ground. If u face those 2 little rooftops on the right
of the map, jump onto the one on the right. Then place a remote on the
edge facing the the other rooftop thingie, lining it up with where the
fence meets the vertical edge of the other rooftop. Then line up your
car to where the remots is. Do a shield, and run into it using turbo all
the way until your over. It's very tricky to do, it took me 7 tries
before i got it right. Dont give up, it really works.
Note: I have not tried it yet with all vehicles, it works with
grasshoper, and Mr.Grimm. It does not work with Outlaw 2. Those are the
only three i have tried it with.
