I have called a meeting with my brothers. Zapdos was the first to arrive. Soon Moltres followed. "Well brothers it has now been eleven years since we sent our nephew out among them. Today we have to decide whether or not he returns to us." I looked at my two brothers; Moltres was the first to speak. "Shouldn't his mother be here with us?" "No, you know the rules are that neither her nor her son can make this decision." Zapdos glared at Moltres for his comment. "If he know the truth, he will be forced back to his natural form." "But!" Moltres looked at me, he had that look again, the one that had gotten me into much trouble when we were young, "He can't know, But his mother can, she can not persuade our decision." "Fine!" I was getting quite annoyed by all this arguing, we needed to make this decision." Fine meet back here at noon, I will find the boy's mother, but I want you two to follow him, we need to make sure we make the right decision." With that our meeting was adjourned and we each flew off in separate directions. I found my sister; she was sitting by her garden tending to her herbs. I shifted form to human so not to scary any humans nearby. "So what brings you here?" She looked up at me coldly. "Listen to me, today is the day we make the final decision. But Moltres will not decided without you there." "Fine I will attend, but only because this will affect my son's life." ---------------------------------------------------------------- I really can't blame her for still being angry with me. But she knew what would happen, why did she marry that human? Our law clearly states that if one of us marries a human, that human must prove himself in battle. I should have let him survive but I was so full of anger that my vision was clouded, all I could see was a lousy human that had taken my sister as his bride, and then dared to give her a child, and then to try to hide this child! He should have known that I would come for him, but when I did challenge him, he didn't put up much of a fight. He stood there just stood there, occasionally blocking an attack. But it finally happened, My Icebeam hit him, it froze his body, and as he fell he scattered. Moltres came shortly after to remove the remains. But she never forgave me, and I believe that she never will. ---------------------------------------------------------------- "Now, that we are all here, we must decide what will become of the boy." My sister had returned to her natural form. "Mew!" I hated it when she did that, that noise was so annoying. "I believe that he should be returned to us." Zapdos glanced over at our sister, he had always wanted to protect her, but nothing he could do would ease her pain today. "I think that we should leave him be, let him discover his powers on his own, I remember the way he looked at the League when he was spared from my flames." Moltres flapped his burning wings a couple of times, we all hated to remain still for any given amount of time. Great, I thought sarcastically, they are leaving the decision up to me." I vote for.." I had to make this count," to return him to us." I could hear Mew beginning to weep; she hated me for forcing her son into a life of being a mirage. "So it's decided, Moltres go fetch, " I shuddered at the human name, "Ash." So what is going to happen now. You'll just have to wait for part two. By Penfreak
