“Look out!” Tracy yells to his Pokemon. “Right above you; Slash!”
The bug Pokemon turns around and attacks as quickly as it can connecting
square with the center Magneton. Tracy’s Pokemon lands on the ground as the electric
Pokemon still comes after him not having been affected by the Slash. Jumping out of the
way, the guard Pokemon barely misses as its magnet comes crashing through the dirt
floor.
Just above the bug Pokemon, Charizard punches, kicks, and slashes away as it
fights off three of the electric Pokemon who have no trouble keeping up with the fire
lizard.
A little ways off, Pikachu and Missingno stare each other down. The
cyber-Pokemon states, “They’ve gotten better than I remember.”
	Ash adds, “So has Pikachu.”
Ash’s fire Pokemon Slashes again and again at the metal bodies of the Magneton,
but he cannot seem to make a scratch. Charizard backs off a bit as its tail burns harder. It
tells his opponents, ”I’m through warming up.”
“Use your Double Edge and Swift attacks,” Misty tells her Pokemon.
The water Pokemon moves gracefully as it passes through a cluster of the
Magneton hitting each one as it passes by. It comes to the other side of the group
shaking its appendages in pain from the attacks it just done. The electric Pokemon look
back at their target like nothing had happened.
Tracy’s Pokemon comes down the ground having just finished an attack of its
own. It shakes the pain from its scythes not believing how strong the Magnetons’
defenses are.
“It’s not good enough, Scyther. You’ll have to try stronger attacks,” Tracy
informs his Pokemon.
Scyther takes off again after a group of the guard Pokemon trying its best to
Furry Swipe through them, but they block or shake off each attack with utter ease. One
of the Magneton smacks the bug Pokemon to the ground while another Tackles it away.
Tracy’s Pokemon slowly pulls itself up while over head one of the electric Pokemon
Double-Edges Staryu back towards the ground. Just as the bug Pokemon gets to its feet,
Staryu slams right into his back leaving the two Pokemon lying in pain on the dirt floor.
The two quickly get back up as Staryu asks, ”Are you okay, Scyther?”
”Yeah, but their armor is too strong.”
”Right. Even my strongest attack can’t phase them.”
Just then, Charizard comes down to join them.
“There defenses are even stronger then we thought,” Tracy tells the group of
Pokemon. “You’ll have to concentrate your strongest attacks on their weakest points.”
From the sky, more and more Magneton begin to come down.
Misty almost exclaims, “There’s more of them!”
Looking hard at the electric Pokemon, Charizard gives out a loud, “Rowr!” and
flies at his opponents. It dodges to the right missing one of the guard Pokemon’s
magnets, and blocks quickly as another one flies at his face. Swinging its talon swiftly
around, the fire Pokemon plows into the side of the nearest Magneton. It pulls out wires
and circuits letting the Pokemon explode.
From the resulting smoke, Scyther rushes one the electric Pokemon as his trainer
yells, “Furry Cutter!” and lands a direct hit in one of the Magneton’s eye sensor.
”We’ve found their weak spots,” Misty yells as her Staryu attacks another of the
guard Pokemon. “Swift attack,” Misty adds, but before Staryu can attack the Magneton
hits it dead center with one of its magnets.
Staryu slowly slides off the magnet as it thinks, “Why I’m I the only one who got
stopped?” Right as the water Pokemon touches the ground it jumps right back up and
tears through the side of its target.
Landing back on the ground, Staryu gleams, “I got him!” Another guard
Pokemon hits Misty’s Pokemon from behind as it rubs its back in pain and surprise.
Just a ways off, Charizard stops one of the electric Pokemon and crashes one
talon into its side. As another Magneton comes up from behind, Ash’s Pokemon uses its
other talon to destroy its optic sensor. Flying over the defeated Pokemon, the fire type
heads straight for the next group of guard Pokemon in front of him. Mega Punching and
Slashing the first two, Charizard Mega Kicks through the third with striking speed.
The next electric type in his path tries to block, but Ash’s Pokemon plows
through it with no real effort. From afar, the Magneton begin to fire off their magnets on
cords trying to trap the fire type, but he easily flies through them all while shooting off a
few Flame-thrower attacks destroying more of the guard Pokemon.
“Slash Attack!” Tracy shouts as his Scyther cuts one of the electric types on his
way up.
“Double Edge!” Misty yells as well while her water type crashes through another
Magneton on its way down. Now every single electric type begins firing their magnets
off trying to capture the invading Pokemon.
“Look out you guys!” Tracy shouts with the magnet shots begin to rain down.
Staryu dashes forward across the dirt floor as countless magnets hit all around it.
One of the attacks hits just in front of the water type, and Misty’s Pokemon takes the
opportunity to grab on as the Magneton retrieves its appendage. Using the forward
momentum, Staryu tries to cut through the retrieving guard Pokemon, but its attack is
not strong enough as the electric type clamps onto its rival. Five magnet shots tear into
the binding Magneton destroying it and sending the water type into the side of a boulder.
Not too far away, Misty, Tracy, and Scyther are also caught by a mass of the
magnet shots. Charizard turns around to see his friends being captured as one of the
magnets latches onto his arm. It begins to Thunder Shock the fire lizard as he tries to
block the attack with its free hand. At the same time, the two trainers and their Pokemon
are being dragged to Cerulean cave. All of the remaining guard Pokemon begin to focus
their energy and Thunder Shock Ash’s Pokemon at once leaving him nothing to do but
try to defend against the attacks. Nearby, Pikachu and Missingno begin their fight.
	“Electric Punch!” Ash yells.
Missingno raises his hand to his face stopping the attack dead in its tracks.
