Just then a white mini-bus drove up, and parked behind the stage. Melissa and Karen walked up to the mini-bus. Melissa now had a stomache ache, and her head felt like someone was taking a hammer to it. She could barely stand straight, and it felt like she was in a toaster oven. As the mini-bus door opened, she blacked out.
“Would you like some tea?” Zac asks for the Barbie in a girlish voice. “Oh, yes. That would be delightful,” Taylor says for Ike in a deep voice. Ike walks into the room then, a book in his hand. “Oh, my God!” he screams when he sees Zac and Taylor crowded around the Dreamhouse. “What the hell is wrong with you two?” “We’re playing BARBIES,” Zac says. “B-A-R-B-I-E-S.” He holds up a doll that has a hamburger in its hand. “Would you like fries with that, stud?” he says in a sultry voice. “You two have lost it,” he says, shaking his head and walking out of the room. “Now where were we?” Zac asks for the Barbie. “Oh yes.......................”
Coolio’s voice carried throughout the room with his newest song, "C U When U Get There". Elida started singing at the top of her lungs. Phoebe smiled slightly and began to check out the newest fashions in her magazine. Elida got really into it, and pulled off her shirt, revealing her spandex top, and started to swing her T-shirt around her head. All of sudden the door swung open, and Mr.Montgomery, Mr.Hanson, and all three boys entered the mansion. "I’LL SEE YOU WHEN YOU GET THERE, IF YOU EVER GET THERE! SEE YOU WHEN YOU….oops." Elida stopped singing when she saw who had walked through the door. Phoebe stifled a laugh and put down her magazine. "Well, everyone, this is our----Elida! What are you wearing?" Mr.Montgomery gasped. Zac grinned and whispered to Taylor, "I think I’m gonna like it here."
"Is it really you?" Jill asked, not believing her eyes. The she had recognized as Jordan, her best friend from when she was younger, sighed and nodded "yes, it's me" he said. It almost sounded like he was used to people asking him this, and a little tired of it. "What are you doing here?" she asked him. He looked a little confused "I'm here for the concert" "Wow. You came all this way for a concert?" "uh, yeah" He didn't recognize the girl, but she looked vaguely familiar. He was just glad that the girl didn't scream. "I can't believe you're actually here. You know, I dreamed about you last night." "Oh" Well, she didn't scream, but she was certainly obsessed. "Oh, wow, Jordan-" Jill started to say, when an older boy came up behind them. "Taylor, come on. We have to go" the older boy said. "Taylor?" she asked. "Yeah?" he answered. "oh," she said as her heart fell. "I-I thought you were someone else" she turned around. "Wait" Taylor called after her "Sorry" she called over her shoulder. "Who was that Tay?" the older boy asked "I'm not sure" Taylor answered, "but I think I might know"
Taylor was lying in the hospital. He felt so weak. He could barely move his arms. He could barely even think. All he could think was about Gina and what he'd done to her, and how unbelievable his story was. Gina's face just haunted him. He hated her... but not enough to do what he'd done...
Jaya picked out a rather large coffee mug that had a huge yellow happy face plastered around it. That would be perfect for her father in the morning. He was always a little over-grouchy, and this would cheer him up. Hopefully. Jaya paid for it at the register and she and Zac both walked out of the store. Suddenly, Zac heard a gunshot. He gasped, his face turning ashen, as Jaya’s mug crashed to the ground.
"No way, man," Isaac protested. "We're not going off and leaving Zac with you clowns." "You don't have a choice," Gun Man spit out. "In case you haven't noticed, I'm holding all the cards here. Now get your butts in gear. Your time is running out." Isaac glanced at Zac, who was calmly watching the whole thing. There was no trace of fear in the boy's face. "It's all right, Ike. These guys are too stupid to be dangerous. Do what you have to." With one last look over his shoulder, Isaac and Taylor turned and ran around the building. Zac watched them go, then turned to the man still holding him. "Can we get something to eat while we wait? I'm starved!"
Tansy thought seriously of writing to The Twilight Zone people.
Taylor: What are you pesants doing here? Zack: Have you come to worship us and be our slaves? Isaac: What gifts have you brought us? Sean: I have brought you some nice bullets(Shoots his gun) Zack: Hey. You almost messed up my hair. Taylor: Good God Isaac: Hanson slaves attack
"When I was growing up, my mother would tell me stories about it. She said New York was the city of angels, and when I came here, I would become one too." He looked out the window, trying to imagine the faces that passed him as holy. The young, the old, the haggard and the lovely. And after a few minutes, it didn't seem too difficult. They all seemed to glow with spirit; with pasts and struggle. They were survivors. Maybe even angels. He smiled.
