Spread newspaper over your work area.
Place your container on the newspaper.
Cut or rip the construction paper into small pieces.
Spread glue on your container, one section at a time, and
apply the paper bits to the container,
careful to cover all the glue.
Repeat until container is fully covered.
Let dry.
(optional)Paint glue lightly over entire surface,
Sprinle Glitter over all, and let dry.
