ALL PHYSICAL NEEDS AND DESIRES ARE NORMAL BECAUSE THEY ARE CREATED BY THE FIVE ELEMENTS, WHICH CONSTITUTE THE PHENOMENAL WORLD.
WITHOUT GOING BEYOND THE FIVE ELEMENTS, WHICH GOVERN tHE FIRST FIVE CHAKRAS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO AVOID WORLDLY DESIRES,
AND WITHOUT ESTABLISHING ONESELF IN THE HIGHEST CHAKRA BEYOND THE GUNAS,
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO AVOID MENTAL FLUCTUATIONS.
FOR THIS; ONE HAS TO ROUSE THE DORMANT ENERGY SLEEPING IN THE MULADHARA, THE FIRST CHAKRA.
WHEN THE SEKHEM-KUNDALINI RISES WITH ENOUGH FORCE, THERE IS A COMBUSTION OF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE IONS AS IT PASSES THROUGH AND "PIERCES" THE SIX CHAKRAS.
THROUGH THIS PIERCING OF THE SIX CHAKRAS ONE CAN ACHIEVE TRANQUILLITY OF MIND.
BY UNDERSTANDING THE NATURE OF THE ELEMENTS AND CONSTANTLY WATCHING THEIR PRESENCE AND DOMINANCE,
ONE CAN WORK WITH THE ELEMENTS.
(Voidness is that which stands right in the middle between this and that. The Void is all-inclusive, having no opposite - there is nothing which it excludes or opposes. It is living Void, because all forms come out of it and whoever realizes the Void is filled with life and power and the love of all beings.)
THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF SELF IS THE GREATEST HINDRANCE TO THE PROPER EXECUTION OF ALL PHYSICAL ACTION.
1. Right Views (understanding): You must see clearly what is wrong.
2. Right Purpose (aspiration): Decide to be cured.
3. Right Speech: Speak so as to aim at being cured.
4. Right Conduct: You must act.
5. Right Vocation: Your livelihood must not conflict with your therapy.
6. Right effort: The therapy must go forward at the "staying speed," the critical velocity that can be sustained.
7. Right Awareness (mind control): You must feel it and think about it incessantly.
8. Right Concentration (meditation): Learn how to contemplate with the deep mind.
WHEN POWERFUL LIGHT is concealed and clothed in a garment, it is revealed. Though concealed, the light is actually revealed, for were it not concealed, it could not be revealed. This is like wishing to gaze at the dazzling sun. Its dazzle conceals it, for you cannot look at its overwhelming brilliance. Yet when you conceal it-looking at it through screens-you can see and not be harmed. So it is with emanation: by concealing and clothing itself, it reveals itself.
