Watts New:
Brian Blush (former Refreshments guitarist) has his new recording project, "Storyline", well underway. He's an excellent musician and "Storyline" sounds destined to be successful. Jesse and Darryl are lending their talents to the recordings. Darryl can be heard on the demo for "Just a Matter of Time". An MP3 of the deom as well as lots of information and cool stuff can be found at the Storyline Homepage.

The Low Watts in their latest form include the Pistoleros' drummer, Gary Smith, and
no longer includes Scott Johnson. There's still an album in progress, and as it nears completion,
the Low Watts are playing the odd live show in Tempe.

The Low Watts can be heard! The album, "Christmas To Remember" from Velvel Records, features an origional Christmas song by the Low Watts (and Phil Rhodes). They are listed on the album as "Lo-Watt". The song, "Christmas Time" is perhaps a little too cute for some fans, but that's holiday music for ya!
The Peacemakers with Low Watts' Darryl and Scott played on Leah Millers show on KZON. Pictures of the entire Peacemakers gang are available at the KZONsite. Incedentally, Leah Miller's show also featured Pharoahs not long ago. Pharoahs is the other Tempe band featuring ex-Gin Blossoms.

Jesse plays on two songs on the Stevie Nicks boxed set, titled "Enchanted". He's on the tracks "It's late" and "Twisted". Darryl also plays bass on Twisted.

Scott recently finished touring with Tommy Keene, the unofficial king of power pop... see this Tommy Keene page for details. Also, Jesse leant his voice to a few tracks on Keene's latest album, "Isolation Party".
Jesse co-wrote, co-produced, and plays guitar for the song "Nothing Lasts Forever" on the new Judy Collins collection, "Forever".

Scott and Darryl have joined forces with former members of the refreshments to form the Peacemakers, a constantly evolvong group, with no consistent line-up of musicians.... not unlike our Low Watts. Check this Refreshments site for details.

Jesse has been collaborating with the Rembrants, Judy Collins, Stevie Nicks, and Marshall Crenshaw. He co-wrote the song Long Walk Back on the new Danny Wilde and the Rembrants album, "Spin This!".
