Love Oil:
Garlic
Sugar
Base oil
Dice the garlic, and mix into sugar and
oil, until blended evenly.
Spell:
Carve the following runes into the
candle using your toothpick or ritual
tool.
Berkana - for Emotional Stability
Suwolo - for centering, strength, and
healing-
Also carve the shape of a heart, and
your legal or your craft name into the
candle. Add any other carvings you think
are appropriate.
Dress the candle with the love oil (above) while repeating:
Great Goddess, bring to me, The wisdom to see that I am worthy. On the wings of a peaceful dove, Bring knowledge to help me love.
Note: Be careful not to get oil on the
wick.
Put the piece of rose quartz into the candle holder with the candle, if it will fit, or next to it, if it won't.
Light the candle for one hour every night, and during that hour, do something for YOU... i.e. a hot bubble bath, reading a favorite book or poem, etc.
Another variation is to look into the mirror for the full hour, repeating the above chant while focusing on loving yourself.
