Here is the first sign of an accident up ahead: from the southbound stack on the 51, looking west, you can see traffic crawling on the westbound 101. Generally 'west' refers to the less inexpensive housing in the Valley, i.e., it's where a large part of Governor Napolitano's 500,000 illegal aliens live.
