The Northern Territory

The Northern Territory is one of the two 'territories' left withing Australia (the other is our Nations Capital - The Australian Capital Territory, or the ACT). Being a territory is not a land mass issue, it is a population issue.

I have never lived or visited the Northern Territory (NT) .. 'tis only there that Tasmania that has alluded me so far. I would love to take my sons to NT and explore Kakadu ... we dream of it often. *one powerball, and we're outta here!!* LOL
