A LITTLE ABOUT HOTARU:
Hotaru lives in a mansion with her father, Professor Tomoe, who is a scientist. Professor Tomoe has a lab assistant named Kaolinite. Hotaru's mother died in a house fire when she was very young. When Hotaru is not at school she usually spends most of her time in the mansion. She does not do many outdoor activities which is the cause of her pale skin. When not in her school uniform she is usually seen dressed in black. She is very weak and frail yet as Sailor Saturn, she is VERY strong. Because of her being so weak she faints a lot and tires out very easily. This is why she gets short of breath and is found on the floor gasping for air in P.E.
At school Hotaru is rejected by most of her peers. This is because of her unique capability to heal wounds just by touch. The wound will disappear within seconds! But her peers think that this is "gross" or "weird" and consider her a "freak". So they either pick on her or stay far away from her.
But this ability led her to a new friendship. One day, she bumped into Reenie(Chibi Moon). Seeing a small wound that Reenie had preiviously obtained she healed it for her. Reenie thought that her powers were remarkable and they became good friends.
HOW SAILOR SATURN CAME TO BE:
One day, while Hotaru was in the science lab with her dad, there was an explosion and Hotaru died. Pharoah 90 came to Mr. Tomoe and told him that if he would give his soul to him he would bring Hotaru back to life. Professor Tomoe agreed. Being the evil person that he was, Pharoah 90 put the evil entity, Mistress 9, in Hotaru. Hotaru grew up unaware of the dormant Mistress 9 inside of her.
Soon after she became friends with Chibi Usa (explained above), Mistress 9 took over and posessed Hotaru's body, forcing her true identity to be locked away inside. Mistress 9 obayed Pharoah 90's plan to destroy the world. When the other senshi found out that Mistress 9 was going to do this they decided to kill her. Fortunatly, Usagi (Sailor Moon) stopped them because she knew that Hotaru was still there, deep inside and that she had the power to overcome Mistress 9 and take back control of her body. Hotaru did eventualy break free and destroyed Mistress 9. She then assumed her role as a senshi and became Sailor Saturn.
AFTERMATH:
As Sailor Saturn she knew it was up to her to destroy Pharoah 90 and save the world. She knew that if she did, she would probably die in the process. Yet she decided that it was worth saving the world, even though she had been dubbed an outcast by almost everyone she knew. Usagi did not want her to risk her own life but she would not let Usagi stop her and warned her off with her glaive. After she had destroyed Pharoah 90, instead of it killing her, it turned her into an infant. Because of her father being a little "unstable" the other outer senshi (Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna) decide to take care of her. Little Hotaru remembered nothing of her previous life untill the essence of Sailor Saturn came to her and, touching her forhead, gave back all of her lost memories which brought back the Sailor Saturn inside her. But, she needed to be a certain age to become a senshi and obtain her star seed. Well, it just so happens that at that time Galaxia was out getting everyone's star seeds. So in order to get Saturn's, she made her grow very rapidly so that she became the same age as most of the other scouts in a very short time.
MORE ON SAILOR SATURN:
Sailor Saturn is the sailor of destruction. She has the power of death- but with one little side affect...she dies also when using this power. She can also destroy the world. But that's okay. Sailor Saturn is a very unique character and can fight those bad guys and girls without those moves. She has her totally awesome Silence Glaive which is the weapon she uses to fight with (See glaive Pictures). The sharp blade on it is said to be able to cut through anything.
Sailor Saturn's Powers:
Death Reborn Revolution- This is the attack that Saturn uses to destroy the world.
Silence Glaive Suprise- This kills her enemy instantly... and it kills Saturn along with it.
Silence Wall- When Saturn says this, a force feild-like wall surrounds her and those that she is protecting to block an enemy's attack.
